The course listings include courses being offered face-to-face/hybrid and online. Please note that registration and billing areconnected by school systems and cohorts. Each student has been affiliated with the school system/private school in which (s)he isworking or to Goucher College, if not working in education. The schedule has been modified this year to simplify both registrationand billing. In most cases, you will see three section numbers. Section numbers that end in 1 are generally for the first 7 week term,those ending in 2 are the second 7 weeks of the term and those ending in 3 are the full 14 week term. Tuition for these courses is nolonger determined by section number, but instead by your county affiliation and cohort contract (if applicable). Several schoolsystems have direct billing agreements with Goucher College and courses included in that agreement have been labeled in theschedule that follows as cohort classes; please check whether your school system has specific delineated courses for direct billing,and refer to the cohort information provided belowCurrent Direct Billing and Cohort Agreements Anne Arundel County students (please see pages 17 - 20 for eligible courses)Baltimore County Educator’s Institute classes (please see the BCPS website to register)Harford County students (please see pages 21 - 26 for eligible courses)Cecil County students (please see eligible courses on pages 27 - 33)Dorchester County students (please contact the county)All other students who are not part of one of the cohort agreements listed above may enroll in any graduate education course listedbelow. Please be advised that Goucher College Graduate Programs in Education maintains the option of changing the delivery formfrom the face to face classroom to an online format should there be a rise in commuting costs, weather or pandemicsituations.REGISTRATIONThe Graduate Programs in Education registration for Winterim semester will begin November 2nd and those for Spring 2022 semesterwill begin November 9th.Goucher Financial Responsibility Agreement:All students must complete a Goucher Financial Responsibility Agreement before registering, or there will be a hold on the account.Please click on “Goucher Links” at the top of your myGoucher page and click “Graduate Financial Responsibility Agreement”.You must e-sign the Agreement, which should immediately lift the hold on your account and allow you to register. If the hold does notimmediately lift, try to log out and log back in to your account, or contact helpdesk@goucher.edu.All registration is online through myGoucher. Please contact registrar@goucher.edu with questions. New students receive a welcome packet within 24 hours of accepting admittance into the graduate programs. If you havereceived your welcome packet from the admissions department, then please follow those steps to complete registration. Ifyou have not received your welcome packet, please reach out to graduateadmissions@goucher.edu for information on how toregister for courses.2

Current students register online through MyGoucher (https://my.goucher.edu). Current students with an expired passwordshould change their password here. If you encounter any problems with your Goucher login, please contact the helpdesk byemailing helpdesk@goucher.edu or calling 410-337-6322.o If using online registration, you will soon receive notification via your Goucher email that your E-bill statement isavailable for viewing. Your E-bill statement will include your semester billing, any balance due, and payment duedate. A link is provided to make an online payment.o Goucher does not send paper statements. Students will receive an email to their Goucher email address when theirstatement is ready. Statements are only available online. Your balance due can be paid online by credit card (noDiscover Cards) through your MyGoucher account or at the website: www.goucher.edu/webpay. If your balance isnot paid by the due date, a billing hold will be placed on your account which will prevent you from registering for afuture semester and receiving transcripts. A billing hold will be removed once your balance is paid in full. Past dueaccounts will be subject to a late payment fee.EMAIL USAGEAll Goucher students receive a Goucher email upon acceptance to their program. All official Goucher communication is sent toGoucher email, so it is vital that email is checked often. Goucher email can be accessed at unications/e-mail/. If you have any issues logging in to your Goucher email, please contact helpdesk@goucher.edu.TUITION Tuition is 510.00 per credit for the 2021-2022 academic year with a 65.00 technology fee per credit each semester. Cohortclasses have special pricing as designated through the partnerships agreements with local school systems outlined above.Any prior balance must be paid in full before you can register. All program questions should be directed to the advisor.TECHNOLOGY STANDARDSStudents in the Master of Education (M.Ed.), Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) or Professional Development Certificate Programsare required to meet a set of technology standards, including an electronic portfolio. Every student is required to display a parking permit on his/her vehicle while on campus. Permits will be sold by semester ( 50) or byacademic year ( 75, for example fall and spring). The Graduate Programs award diplomas 3 times per year, but only have one Commencement ceremonyeach Spring. More information will be provided throughout the Summer term through Goucher emails.INCLEMENT WEATHER or PANDEMIC PROCEDURESIn the event of inclement weather, closure by the college will dictate if graduate on-campus classes are being held and closure of thelocal school system will necessitate the cancellation of cohort classes held off site.
