The hotel is easily accessible by car due to itsproximity to the main entrances into the city, as well as by public transport. Just a few metresaway is the Begoña stop on line 10 of the underground and Chamartín, the local railway station.Several bus lines also stop near the hotel. The airport, the centre of Madrid, the business districtand some of the most important arteries crossing the city, such as the M-30, the M-40 and theA-1, are also easy to reach.BY UNDERGROUNDFROM MADRID'S BARAJAS AIRPORT (12 KM)When you leave the airport, go south and merge onto Ariadna Street. Continue along Avenida4

de Manuel Azaña and then turn onto Paseo de la Castellana. To reach the hotel you have to turnaround: turn left onto Monforte de Lemos Street and then you will see an exit sign. Enter thetunnel and head to our car park, which is marked with the letter “C” (the second on the right).FROM ATOCHA TRAIN STATION (12 KM)Leave Atocha Station heading northeast and drive around 3 kilometres until you reach theentrance to the M-30 motorway. Enter the motorway and follow the directions to Plaza Castillaand later Monforte de Lemos Avenue. You will come to a roundabout: take the third turn-offheading towards Avenida de Pío XII and just a few metres later turn onto Paseo de laCastellana. The hotel is on your right.ACCESS THE HOTEL PRIVATE PARKINGIf you access by Paseo de la Castellana and go past the Eurostars Madrid Tower hotel and theCuatro Torres Business Area, which are on the right, just turn on the first street on the right, byMonforte de Lemos Avenue. The parking entrance is signposted and is located on the right sideof the road.TRAINChamartín station is located around 300 metres from the hotel. To reach the Eurostars MadridTower, take José Vasconcelos Street to Paseo de la Castellana. Exhibition ArenaThe exhibition will take place in Barcelona 1 & 2 and the conference presentations in Barcelona 3& 4. Please see layout belowThe exhibition plan can be viewed online orsponsor/ and you can also find informationin the exhibitor kitAccessAccess for exhibitors will be from Wednesday 17th October from 1pm. ExpoMedia is the exhibitorcontractor for this conference and they will set up the exhibit hall on the morning of the 17thOctober. You can visit the exhibition hall only once the shell scheme is set up.Exhibition DeliveriesDeliveries to the hotel will be accepted 2 working days prior to the commencement of the event.Early deliveries may be refused and returned to the courier; unless otherwise agreed. 018-10-17Exhibitor BadgesThese will be available for collection from the registration desk on Wednesday 17th October from3pm. Please register your exhibitors hereWelcome and networking eveningThe networking evening will be taking place on Thursday 18th October 2018 in the expo arenafrom 5:30pm – 8.00pm. This is a chance to network with the delegates and other exhibitors .SecuritySecurity will be provided by the hotel and the exhibit hall will be locked during non-conferencehours. While show management exercises reasonable care in safeguarding your property,neither ATMIA nor any of their officers, agents, or employees assume responsibility for suchproperty. Do not leave unpacked display materials unattended. Securely fasten all lightweighthigh-theft-risk items to display boards or lock in showcases. Personal items of value shouldnever be left unattended (esp. handbags, phones, and laptops). During move-out, exhibitorsshould remain with their goods and merchandise until it is picked up or receipted for in adesignated storage area.Liability InsuranceExhibitors must make sure the company insurance includes extraterritorial coverage as well astheft, public liability, and property damage insurance covering travel to the show, during theshow, and in transporting equipment to its next destination. Exhibitors should be aware that ATMIA take no responsibility for loss,theft, or disappearance of property.Program AdvertisingYour company can now place an ad in the conference program of events. Everyone attendingthe conference receives a program of events so your company message is guaranteed to gohome with all who attend. Full and half page ad sizes are available in full color.Tear-Down HoursYou may dismantle your booths at 4pm on the 19th October. All booths and other equipmentmust be out of the exhibit hall by 18:00.Exhibition Collection8

Collections: Goods must be collected by Friday 19th October after the event closes. The full conference pass allowsaccess to the conference, including entrance into each general session, the exhibit hall, all coffeebreaks, lunches, the drinks reception on day one, and provides that person access to theconference presentations after the event. All other full conference passes for people within yourcompany may be purchased for the discounted rate of US 1000. Name badges should be wornat all times to guarantee access to the exhibit and conference areas.Please contact Reena.kaur@atmia.com for the confirmation number to the exhibitor staffregistration.Hotel ReservationsPlease follow the instructions on the ATMIA hotel websiteCompany Descriptions and logos / advertising copyPlease complete the company description form by 10th September 2018. Your companyinformation and logo will be distributed on the event app.Cancellation PolicyCancellation Policy for Exhibitors/Sponsors/Advertisers:Timeline:Amount Refunded:90 days prior to the event 1,000 administrative fee will be deducted45-90 days prior to the event50% cost of booth 44 days prior to the eventno refundIn the event that ATMIA or the represented organization elects to cancel an event, ATMIAwill refund only payment made directly to ATMIA and will not be held responsible for othercosts of expenditure incurred by the sponsor/exhibitor. ATMIA will not refund payment orassume additional costs and liability that result from "acts of God" or criminal activity.
