COVID-19 STATEMENTAS OF May 1, 2021With the progress that has been made against COVID, TRACS is moving forward with ourevent! There is always a possibility something may happen that would cause a short noticecancellation, but we thinking positively and looking forward to seeing everyone at the YoloCounty Fairgrounds in Woodland for our Memorial Day agility trials, May 28-31, 2021.Entries are now open for our Memorial Day agility trials, May 28-31, 2021.If you have entered under the Leone site plan, you may cancel your entry simply by sendingme an email. Since we are six weeks prior to closing, you must cancel your entry prior to May21 to receive your refund. (As a reminder: there is never a refund of any AKC onlineconvenience fees. See below.We are going to keep it very basic this year: just our basic slate of classes, the WTT ISC Classes,and the presentation of the Parade of Veterans rosettes (once again, TRACS will be creating a virtualParade of Agility Veterans and Memorial Video). All other TRACS-sponsored programs have beenpostponed until next year. HOWEVER Linda Brisbin is sponsoring a fun Team event on Sat/Sun,May 28/29. This event is open to all dogs, all levels, all jump heights. See details later in thepremium.If we do cancel, ALL mailed entries fees will be fully refunded. Any certificates sent with entries will bereturned/reissued. TheDouble Q still requires that Standard Agility and Jumpers with Weaves be either both Regular OR bothPreferred on the same trial day.Additionally, within the same Regular or Preferred classes, a dog may now be entered in multiple jump heightswithin the same trial day. For example, the same dog may now be entered in 20-inch MasterSTD/JWW while also entered in 24C-inch Premier STD/JWW on the same trial day.

A separate entry form must be submitted when thesame dog is being entered in a mixture of Regular andPreferred and/or different jump heights within the sametrial weekend, thereby clearly indicating which class(es)and/or jump heights belong together for each trial day ofthe weekend.NOTICE TO EXHIBITORSWait List: Two Rivers Agility Club of Sacramento is offering a Wait List to fill openings created by withdrawn entries after thetrials closing date. A maximum of 100 runs will be placed on the club’s wait list. All entries, including wait listed entries, mustbe received by the Trial Secretary prior to 11:00 pm on May 21, 2021. Any entries withdrawn that have been received by 11:30pm on May 21, 2021 will be replaced by a wait listed entry if any are available. If a withdrawn entry is replaced by a wait listentry, a full refund less a 5 processing fee will be issued to the withdrawn entry. Any wait listed entry that does not moveoff the wait list into the trial by 6:00 pm on Monday, May 24, 2021 will receive a full refund. This trial is open to all dogs fifteen (15) months of age or older that are registered with the American Kennel Club or thathave AKC Limited Registration, Purebred Alternative Listing/Indefinite Listing Privileges (PAL/ILP) or an AKC CaninePartners listing number, or approved Foundation Stock Service (FSS) breeds. Dogs with a Purebred Alternative Listing/Indefinite Listing Privileges (PAL/ILP) or an AKC Canine Partners listingnumber must be spayed or neutered in order to compete. Wherever the word “dog” is used in these regulations itincludes both sexes. Dogs should be physically sound. Dogs that are blind shall not be eligible and neither are bitches in season, aggressivedogs, or dogs suffering from any deformity, injury, or illness which may affect the dog’s physical or mental performance.No dog shall compete if it is taped or bandaged in any way or has anything attached to it for medical purposes. Refer toChapter 2 of the Registration and Discipline Rules for the listing of registerable breeds that may participate. Puppiesunder four months of age are strictly prohibited from the trial grounds. Mixed breed dogs that have been listed with AKC Canine Partners may participate provided their listing number hasbeen recorded on the entry form and must list “Canine Partner” (mixed breed) for the breed name on the entry form. Noother breed description may be used to identify a mixed breed entry. Additionally, the exhibitor must provide their AKCCanine Partners listing number on the entry form and check-mark “AKC No.” Running order will be determined by a random draw. Handlers with more than one dog will have those dogs separatedas much as possible. No hand deliveries for the first 24 hours after opening date and time. Maximum of 10 entries per envelope. There will be no refunds for entries withdrawn after the closing date except in the event of injury to dog orhandler or bitches in season. In the case of injury, entries will be refunded (minus expenses) provided the trialsecretary is notified in writing prior to the trial. The club reserves the right to ask for a doctor’s or vet’s note inthe event of a request for refund. With the exception of any online entry convenience fees, in the event of a bitch coming into season afterclosing, full entry fees will be refunded. Entry fees will not be refunded in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused or barred from competition by theaction of the trial committee. In the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reasonfor such a dismissal, there shall be no refund. No entry fee will be refunded if this trial cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, an act ofGod, public emergency, act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee.

In the event the trial is cancelled due to COVID, all entry fees will be refunded (only exception is that AKC does notrefund online entry convenience fees, and TRACS has no control over that). Exhibitors are responsible for complete, accurate and legible information on their entry. PLEASE PRINT or usethe entry forms fillable .pdf function; illegible or incomplete entries cannot be entered in the trial. Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry. The Trial Secretary will add a 25.00 collection fee to the amountof each returned check. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitor will result in their being put on a “cashonly” basis. Handlers of all classes are permitted to walk the course without a dog, prior to the start of a class. A warm-up jump willbe provided for each ring. There will not be equipment familiarization at this trial. No umbrellas permitted on courseduring walk throughs. It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Anyexhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptivebehavior may, at the discretion of the Trial Committee, be asked to leave the trial site. In such case, no refund on anyfee paid will be made. All dogs must be on leash at all times except when in the ring or when in the designated agility warm up area. Exhibitors are responsible for being at the ring gate when it is their turn to run. Exhibitors, while competing, must wearappropriate/proper footwear. For safety reasons, exhibitors will not be allowed to compete in “bare” feet or open toeshoes. Please clean up after your dog. Let’s show them that “Dog People” are clean people. DO NOT LEAVE ANIMALS UNATTENDED IN VEHICLES. The club will not be responsible for damage to vehiclesresulting from the rescue of animals in distress. INTERNATIONAL SWEEPSTAKES CLASSES – AKC World Team Tryouts QualifierPurpose of the International Sweepstakes Class (ISC) is to provide the dog and handler an opportunity to demonstrate theiradvanced training and handling skills on various International Style Standard and Jumpers with Weaves courses. The rules forthis class are generally based on international rules. The variety in International Agility course designs is very diverse, sohandlers should be prepared to meet the “Challenge of the Day” when competing in the ISC class. The total challenge levelmay be easier, more difficult, or simply different from what is currently allowed in Excellent / Master Class. Complete rules forthe ISC are available from the AKC Website (http://www.akc.org).Eligibility: This class is open all dogs eligible to compete in AKC Agility competitions. There is no Preferred Option for ISC;dogs may enter at their preferred jump height; however, they will be scored against the regular division dogsjumping the same jump height.Jump Heights: Dogs may be entered in their regular jump height, however, only those dogs in the 12” & 16” class that meetthe FCI/ISC measuring cutoff (different than regular AKC cutoffs), or any dog entering the 24” or 24C jumpheight will be eligible for the direct invitation to the 2021 World Team Tryouts.Small (12” jump height) – for dogs measuring 13 ¾” and/or less at the withersMedium (16” jump height) – for dogs measuring over 13 ¾” but 16 7/8” or lessLarge (24” jump height) – for dog measuring over 16 7/8”ISC Combined Class Winners: Combined scores from ISC Jumpers and ISC Standard classes at this event will be used toaward the Combined ISC Class Award. To be eligible for the Combined ISC Class Award the team must have a minimum of one clean ISC run and a run thathas a maximum of 5 course faults (no time faults allowed) for those scores to be used to compute the CombinedScore.The Combined Class winners from the 12-, 16- and 24-inch height are invited to attend both the 2021 (if they areheld) AND the 2022 AKC World Team Tryouts! They do not need to fulfill the requirement of the 3/3 scores. The team must also send in all the required information with the fees and the entry form and meet all theother basic eligibility (including an approved pedigree). The handler at tryouts must be the same handler that won the combined award.HEIGHT DIVISION CHARTExhibitors may opt to enter in a higher height division for all Regular titling classes, but not in a division lower than their proper height division. Dogsentered in the Preferred classes must compete at the required jump height and may not compete in a jump height division higher or lower than theirproper height division. Owners are responsible for entering the proper height divisions. If your dog has been measured by an AKC FieldRepresentative or Volunteer Measuring Official (VMO) and is now eligible to jump in a lower height class, the measurement is effective immediatelyincluding any runs (regular or preferred class) which have not yet occurred on the same day that the measurement is recorded. This immediateaction does not apply to measurements taken as part of completing the challenge measurement process. Dogs who measure into a higher jumpheight have always been required to be moved immediately. Dogs measuring over 22” at the shoulder are not eligible to enter 24” Choice.RegularExhibitors may choose to enter their dog ina higher height division than required byAKC, but not in a height division lower thanthe AKC Mandated height8”12”16”20”24”24” ChoicePreferredAll dogs entering the Preferred Classes for thefirst time MUST enter at the NOVICE level inboth Pref. HELP WANTED:To all exhibitors: We would love your help at our trial. We hope to have some full-time workers assigned to eachring (not necessarily doing the traditional Full Timer jobs, but wherever the ring crew chief chooses to put them).For each class or division worked, volunteers will receive raffle tickets for our amazing workers’ appreciation raffleheld each afternoon (some nice prizes!) as well as a 2.00 voucher good towards future TRACS entries.Just sign up on the White Boards you will find at each ring. Then, if you find that you cannot make yourassignment for whatever reason, just erase your name and notify the appropriate Ring Crew Chief.

Dogs entered in the Preferred classes must compete at the required jump height and may not compete in a jumpheight division higher or lower than their proper height division.All dogs that have not been officially measured for an Agility Jump Height Card may still compete; however, they must be measured by a Judgeof record, an Agility Field Representative, or a Volunteer Measuring Official, prior to running. If measured by the Judge of record, thatmeasurement will be valid for this trial or back-to-back trials only. If a measurement is necessary, it is the exhibitor's responsibility to have theirdog(s) measured prior to running.Dogs listed in the AKC Canine PartnersSM program may be eligible to enter all-breed AKC agility trials at the club’s option.
