BEFORE YOU MOVE INEach first-year student is issued an official move in time and date. This will be sent out to you via yourBaylor email in late July. This date and time is based upon your room and location. As you plan foryour arrival to Waco, please see the chart above to find out which day your building is moving in. It isimportant to try to move in during your assigned time. If you need to change assigned time, you areable to select a different move in time through the MyHousing portal.GET TO KNOW YOUR ROOMMATE!One of the most important relationshipyou’ll develop at Baylor is the one with yourroommate(s). Whether you grew up togetheror you’ve never met, communication is the keyto a positive roommate relationship. Here are afew good questions to ask to better get to knowyour roommate! Whenyou arrive on campus, students,faculty, staff, and volunteers fromthe Baylor community will greet youat your assigned drop-off locationand ensure that your belongings areunloaded and delivered to your roomwhile you go through the check-inprocess.
