About the Cherry Hill campusThe Swedish Cherry Hill campus is located in Seattle’s historic Central District. The building nowknown as James Tower was home to the first hospital in Seattle, established in 1877 by theSisters of Providence, a Catholic charity. In July 2000, Providence Seattle Medical Center, as itwas then known, became part of Swedish.Since then, the campus has undergone more than 100 million in new construction andrenovations and now stands as one of the most modern and technologically advanced medicalfacilities in our region. Renovations include new neurosurgery and cardiovascular surgeryoperating rooms and interventional suites that are among the most advanced in the country.The services at SwedishCafeteria and espressoFrom espresso, delicious soups and sandwiches to grill specials, hot entrees and salads, you’ll find excellentchoices in the Dining Room located on the first floor. The Dining Room is open daily Monday - Friday from 6:30a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.Starbucks is located between the main lobby and James Tower. There is also a Starbucks located onthe first floor of the Jefferson Tower. Both locations are open Monday – Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.and Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.Health informationA health-information kiosk with brochures on many health topics is located between the Gift Shop andthe Dining Room on the main floor of the hospital.Reflection Room and Spiritual CareFind a moment of quiet solitude in our Reflection Room, located on the main floor next to the gift shop. Also,Spiritual Care chaplains are available for patients and families needing emotional support. To request chaplainservices before 5 p.m. on weekdays, call 206-320-2288. After 5 p.m. and on weekends, call 206-386-6000.Gift shop, cash machineBe sure to stop by our gift shop for flowers or the perfect gift. It’s located on the first floor, across fromStarbucks. In addition, you’ll find a newspaper stand and cash machine on the main level near the parkinggarage skybridge.
