FORCEPOINT WEB SECURITY IMPLEMENTATION PACKAGEOverviewProficiency and precision are necessary to effectively implement quality security solutions. To help you get the mostout of the Forcepoint Web Security – On Premise solution (the “Products”), Forcepoint offers the followingimplementation services package (“Package”). This Package identifies some of the activities typically involved withthe implementation of Products.Deliverables and ResponsibilitiesDetailed Statement of Services:Forcepoint employees, agents, and/or contractors (“Services Personnel”) will assist Subscriber with the performance of thefollowing activities with respect to the Products in accordance with Forcepoint recommended engineering practices(“Services”): Pre-Implementationo Services Kick-off call between Subscriber and Services Personnel Note: Services Personnel will contact the Subscriber within ten (10) business days of theorder being processed to schedule the Services Kick-off callo Review scope of Packageo Establish Services scheduleo Confirm critical use case Implementation of the Producto Services Personnel will assist the Subscriber with the implementation of the Product within one (1)Subscriber’s environment, as follows: Configure one (1) Forcepoint Security Manager Deploy Web Security management components MS SQL & Active Directory integration Configure up to two (2) Web Proxies (Virtual or Hardware) Subscriber is responsible cabling and performing first boot operation Configure User Identification/Authentication Configure explicit redirection method Configure Hybrid Module Configure Filtered/Unfiltered locations Sync and test Web Endpoint up to twenty five (25) users Configure default and up to three (3) custom policies Create up to ten (10) URL exceptions Create one (1) custom category Enable SSL Decryption Generate Forcepoint Certificate and/or Subordinate CAo Subscriber to provide root certificate (if applicable) Configure Admin Roles and Responsibilities Configure alerts and SIEM integration Generate accurate pre-defined report and logging Functional Testing and Knowledge TransferoServices Personnel will conduct post-implementation testing identified below in accordance with Forcepointrecommended engineering practices. A “Successful Implementation” will be determined by Services Personnelupon the occurrence, in Services Personnel’s reasonable discretion, of the items specified in “Functional Testing”attached hereto as Exhibit A. Services Personnel will provide up to four (4) hours of informal knowledgetransfer, including; Standard System and Architecture Overview System Navigation Rule/Policy Creation Local Events, Alerting and Settings Basic Reporting and Workflow2

Common Product issues and resolutionRelevant logs and debug options Services Personnel will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist with the troubleshooting andcorrecting of obstacles identified during the Services Services Closure Meetingo Service Personnel will conduct a Services closure meeting to review and confirm the Services havebeen completed and assist with the transition to Forcepoint Technical Support3

Services Obligations of Subscriber:Prior to the start of and throughout the Services, the Subscriber must be able to provide the following to ServicesPersonnel: Valid Forcepoint licenses keyAccess to Forcepoint SQL database and database accountsAccess to Infrastructure, Network, and Management ResourcesAccess to ProductsPrivileged AD Services AccountAbility to make network changesUp to twenty five (25) Test usersConfirm all Microsoft updates has been appliedDisable antivirus software on the Forcepoint serverDisable any firewall on the Forcepoint Server before starting the Forcepoint installerDisable User Account Control (UAC) and Data Execution Prevention (DEP) settings, and make sure that no SoftwareRestriction Policies will block the installationTo download the Forcepoint Master Database and enable policy enforcement, each machine must be able to access thedownload servers at: download.websense.com ddsdom.websense.com ddsint.websense.com portal.websense.com my.websense.comThroughout the Services, Subscriber will promptly provide all resources and licenses to Services Personnel to allowServices Personnel to deliver the Services.Package Assumptions Services are delivered by remote deliveryresources - No onsite delivery element.Services Personnel must receive awritten cancellation notice at least twentyfour (24) hours prior to the start of anypre-scheduled ServicesServices will be provided during normallocal business hours, Monday – Friday(e.g. 9:00am to 5:00pm)Services do not address any otherForcepoint products other thanForcepoint WEB SECURITYServices in this Package are limited andmay not address all of Subscriber’sunique requirementsHigh availability and Disaster Recoveryare not within the scope of this PackageNo High Level Design or Low LevelDesign documentation to be providedwithin this PackageSubscriber should not expect “ondemand” live support outside plannedServices datesAll scripts, tools, notes, know-how andprocedures developed by ServicesPersonnel as part of the Services willremain the property of ForcepointServices Personnel will have noobligation to provide Services unless andTerms & Conditions The Services in this implementationPackage are provided pursuant to theSubscription AgreementForcepoint provides the Services “AS IS”and makes no warranties of any kind,express or impliedServices will be performed in a professionaland workmanlike manner, and ServicesPersonnel will comply with all applicablelaws in providing the ServicesServices must begin within 90 days of theOrder or Subscriber forfeits theimplementation PackageServices must be completed within 6months from Services Kick-off call or theOrder, whichever occurs first, orSubscriber forfeits the implementationPackageSubscriber’s assent to the SubscriptionAgreement constitutes acceptance of theabove terms and conditionsAny work or additional hours that, inServices Personnel’s reasonablediscretion, exceed the scope of Services(including remote or onsite follow up workor troubleshooting unknown issues) willrequire a mutually agreed upon servicescontractServices and Deliverables within this5
