The celebrant will place the bread in your hands. If you require gluten-free wafers, please indicate at the time of receiving. To receive the cup, guide it to your mouth using the base. If you prefer not to drink from the cup, bow slightly in reverence. To receive a blessing instead, cross your arms over your chest.
