Dr Audrey Kurth Cronin, Professor ofInternational Security and Director of the Center for Security,Innovation and New Technology at the American University, will helpus think about this question when she speaks on the subject of hernew book, “Power to the People: How Open Technological Innovationis Arming Tomorrow's Terrorists.” Educated at Princeton and OxfordUniversities, Dr. Cronin previously taught at Oxford, the U.S. NavalWar College and George Mason University where she was theDirector of the International Security Program. As donations continue to fill the baskets (just outside the library) itspeaks well for us as a community that we respond to those in thelarger community who face great challenges in their lives.The need continues for basic staples such as peanut butter, cereal,canned fruits, vegetables and soup.
