The Missouri Corrections Association andThe Missouri Probation and Parole Officers AssociationJoint Fall Conference, September 26 – 28, 2018Dear Company Representative:The Missouri Corrections Association (MCA) and the Missouri Probation and Parole Officers Association(MPPOA) will be holding a collaborative fall Training Conference at the Lodge of the Four Seasons in LakeOzark, Missouri on September 26, 27, & 28, 2018.The conference will draw participants working with clients in the corrections and criminal justice fields.Attendees come from all areas of corrections including local and state agencies, private entities that work withcorrections’ offenders, non-profit organizations, educational programs at the secondary level, and studentorganizations. MPPOA has over 700 active members currently working for Probation and Parole in Missouri,while MCA has over 200 members working in public, private, not-for profit, and academia, as well as numerousother professional settings.Please join us in what will surely be an exciting and worthwhile conference. The interactive participation ofattendees in the exhibit area at our event will be a significant factor in the educational goals for theconference. We have developed several ways to increase the visibility of exhibitors to attendees includingExhibitor Bingo, Door Prize Drawings, Silent Auction, all meals, and general sessions in the Exhibit area!We have scheduled a reception for vendors and have invited agency leaders to attend!There are several opportunities for exhibitors and sponsorships available. We have implemented giveaways during breaks in the Exhibitor area to create more traffic for the exhibitorsand an opportunity for everyone to win something fun! There are three ways your organization can help:Give Away & Prize Sponsorship Cost - 200Give Away & Prize Donation No cost – just provide us with door prizes to be given away during the breaks or bring your door prize to be givenaway at the Closing Brunch on Friday morning!
