The group is a veritable mixed bag of important people andcompanies, including composers who scored all the biggest Dutch moviesof the last few years. Arend BruijnComposerArend Bruijn is a Dutch composer specialized in music for film. Over the lastyears, he worked on many short-films, tv-series and shows as a freelancecomposer. Each project he searches for a unique, musical style to support thestory and ways to add depth to the narrative. Because of his classicalbackground and the curiosity to explore new sounds and techniques, he hasmastered a lot of different musical styles with a broad sound palette. Hisspecialty however lies in orchestral music, ranging from epic “bigger than life”to warm and playful scores. After graduating as a classical percussionist, hestudied Composing for Film at the Conservatory of Amsterdam and the DutchFilm Academy. Arend's music has received multiple award nominations suchas the BUMA New Talent Award 2018 and the Best Music for short film at theFestival du Film d’Aubagne. In 2018 he co-developed the ‘VirtualOrchestration’ course at the Conservatory of Amsterdam where he became ateacher at the film music master department. This year, Arend started writingand producing trailer music, aiming for high quality tracks with a bigproduction value. Besides his work for television and film, Arend producessymphonic-techno music under the pseudonym: Playground.

In 2019 “SHIVER” got used in a US movie andfor the trailer of the movie "The Divorce Party".What got him really in the spotlight was his hit release "IS IT REALLY LOVE"again on SPINNIN’. Receiving a massive support with basically all the biggestDJ’s around the globe, started as #1 trending track on 1001 Tracklists. Itentered Viral Charts and hit more then 30 million streams on Spotify alone,was featured on the A-list dance chart of Apple Music, radio chart entries likethe BBC 1 UK dance chart and global radio support. Beau SchaepmanComposerBeauDamian is an electronic bass music producer from Utrecht, Netherlands.His music tends to vary a lot, as it goes from club- & festival-bangers (withsupport from various big names) to game- and film-tracks (winning a BumaAward for Best Original Composition in Trailer). His inspiration comes fromgenres such as: 8-bit, Jazz, Bossa Nova, Funk, J-Pop, Arabic and Classical FilmMusic. He loves to take the listener to an imaginary dimension where allemotions are included. He has received great support by the likes of MartinGarrix, Marshmellow, San Holo, Alison Wonderland, Oliver Heldens and ZekeBeats amongst others.
Didier de RuyterComposerDidier de Ruyter (1991, Breda, Netherlands) is an Amsterdam-basedcomposer for the media and music producer.He works independently with various agencies in Europe, which so far ledhim to composing music for intercontinentally broadcasted commercialcampaigns of major brands such as, but not limited to: Audi, Adidas, ING,Hunkemöller, Samsung, Vodafone, and the German Football Association.Also, he created the score for a beautiful WeTransfer mini documentary‘Rambutan’.In his second year at the Utrecht School of Arts, where he studied musiccomposition and production (grad. 2018), Didier wrote the curriculum forMusic Production Academy, a private music production school start-up inRotterdam. From the young age of only 21, he has been in front of the classlecturing students, something he’s done weekly for 5 years.Next to this, Didier has been rapidly developing his work for pop artists since2018, highlight being the Susan H single ‘Thank God’ being placed in theSpotify New Music Friday USA/ Worldwide. Geert van GaalenDangerous Kitchen MusicGeert van Gaalen, born in The Netherlands, started his musical career fromthe age of 12, playing guitar in various bands, performing live in all majormusic-venues, meanwhile composing and producing original music. Hestudied Music Technology at the Academy of the Arts, where he developed awide range of composition- and production-skills in many styles of music anddecided to try master all instead of specializing in one, to be able to adaptand always bring a surprising approach to any kind of project.Working since 1989 as a session musician, recording and mastering engineer,producer, songwriter, composer and sound designer in various sound studios,Geert finally founded his own "Studio De Keuken" in Amsterdam in 2000, thatquickly became first-call studio for music, sound design, voice casting andaudio-postproduction in advertising, film, TV, web and games.In 2004 he founded "Dangerous Kitchen Music", an in-house Record Labeland Music Production Company, servicing many requests for original musicfrom a growing international client base. Jochem WeierinkComposerJochem Weierink (07-02-1990). As a son of two musicians Jochem was raisedin an abundance of music. This musical upbringing inspired him to writemusic himself and combine this with his other passion, film. During hisstudies at the HKU he started writing music for film-trailers. Among others hismusic has been featured in trailers for Academy Award winning films such asThe Imitation Game and Ida. Also highly acclaimed director Terrence Malickused Jochem’s music for the trailer of his film Knight of Cups. In2 017 Jochemscored his first feature film. While exploring the longer cinematic formJochem continued writing trailer-music for Game of Thrones, Bumblebee andeventually the openings trailer of the 2019 Academy Awards. Jochem’sworkhas been nominated for three Buma Awards and two Hollywood Music inMedia Awards. Writing music to images is what he loves to do most andhopes to continue this passion for the future.
Jorrit KleijnenHAEVNJorrit Kleijnen, born in the Netherlands in 1986, has always been fascinatedby the emotional impact music can have on people. It is his love for thesynergy of music and film that inevitably made him devote his life to filmmusic.After graduating at the School of Arts in Utrecht in 2008 Jorrit startedworking for the LA based film composer Christopher Young. At thesame Jorrit followed this dream to perform and together with Marijn van derMeer the pop music project HAEVN.
