0 sing unto the Lord a new song: for Hehath done marvelous things: His righthand. and His holy arm. hath gotten Himthe victory. The Lord hath made knownHis salvation: His righteousness hath Heopenly showed in the sight of theheathen. Psalm 98:1-2In the midst of chaos and confusion- the discordant din of distraught crying and cursing of self seeking earthlings. the sound of joy and praise is indeed "a new song." The source of this singing is the satisfaction found inthe salvation of our God. and the focus is the sweet person of our Christwho daily satisfies with peace and provision. The new song we sing. and the daily renewing of that song, are butfragmentary rehearsals for the grand new song the choir of the ages shallintone when we join the blood-washed throng surrounding the throne ofthe "Lamb" and sing unto the Lord a new song.Dear friend. listen carefully to this choir of choice young women singingthe praises of Jehovah. Search even behind their songs and you will findyoung dedicated lives listening for the trumpet of the heavenlies. Seeking.and sometimes struggling, to march to the cadence from eternity whilebombarded with the cacophony of earth's orchestration.I challenge you to enjoy this singing- and pray as you listen. Let yourown soul be refreshed and your spirit renewed. Let the sweet praise ofyour lips sacrifice to our God. for He hath done marvelous things. Thenjoin your prayer to our prayers and your hand to our hands. as we seek totrain young lives for the service of Jesus.
