REVISEDSCHEDULEBreakfast Pick-UpFriday (or the last day of each week)K-8 3:00-6:00 PM*All items will be cold food items.*You will pick up breakfast for the whole week.Lunch Pick-UpMonday, Wednesday, and FridayK-8 3:00-6:00 PM*Lunch will be distributed ready to heat andserve at home.*Heating instructions will be included with eachlunch.*You will pick up for two days at a time.
WHAT'S ONTHE MENU*The first 2 weeks we willimplement a simple menu.*You can access ourbreakfast/lunch menu onour school's website underthe Lunch Program tab.
HOW TOORDER*Let us know you're coming bycompleting a pre-order formby Friday of each week.*Pre-order forms are availableon our school's website underthe Lunch Program tab.
HOW TOPAY*All breakfast/lunch money must be deposited into yourchild's lunch account through schoolswallets.com.*NO CASH will be accepted in person when you pick upyour meals at school. You can access this site through ourschool's website under the Lunch Program tab. You willneed your child's student ID number to register him/her onschoolswallets.com.*The student ID number for registration will be emailed toyou by your child' homeroom teacher.
HOW TO APPLYFOR FREE ORREDUCED MEALS*Last year's lunch eligibility is valid for 30 daysor until a new application is received.*2020-2021 Free/Reduced Lunch Applicationswill be distributed during your child's drive-thruMeet and Greet.*Applications are also available on our school'swebsite under the Lunch Program tab.*If you already receive stateSNAP, FDPIR or state TANF assistance, you donot need to submit an applicationas the state shares their information with us.
HOW TO PICK UP YOURMEALS*Visit our school during the designated drive-thru times andremain in your car. Face masks are required.*Display a completed dashboard ticket on your dashboard.*Dashboard tickets are available to print on our school's websiteunder the Lunch Program tab or you may make your own withyour child's name and lunch pin number.*Your child's homeroom teacher will provide the lunch pinnumber to complete your meal pick-up transaction. WE WILLEVENTUALLY TRANSITION TO A BARCODE SYSTEM.*Your child's meal will be delivered to your car by our staff.
HOW TOSUBMIT YOURAPPLICATION*Submit your completed lunch application(pages 3 and 4 ONLY, completed and signed)*You have 2 options for submitting your applications:1.Mail it in a sealed envelope addressed to:Somerset Academy Miramar12601 Somerset Blvd.Miramar, Fl. 33027Attention Cafeteria ManagerOR2.
