Complete the HESI A2 exam. Complete the electronic information session quiz given within thissession with an 100% score. Download the quiz results and save as a PDF ( You MUST save the file as a .PDF with first &last name and student ID in the saved file name.) Complete the RN Application on the Palm Beach State Engageapplication platform. Submit your RN Application with uploaded quiz results and pay the 20 application fee using Engage.
