The School shall refund any amountpaid by Student within 45 days after it receives the notice of cancellation. Notice of cancellation maybe given by mail, hand delivery, or fax. The notice of cancellation, if sent by mail, is effective whendeposited in the mail, properly addressed with postage prepaid. The written notice of cancellation neednot take any particular form and however expressed, is effective if it states that Student no longer wishesto be bound by this Agreement. Further, if Student has received federal student financial aid funds,Student is entitled to a refund of moneys not paid from federal student financial aid program funds. Thelast date on which Student may exercise her/his right to cancel this Agreement is located on page one(1) of this Enrollment Agreement. If a student accepted by the School never attends class (no show) orcancels prior to the start of class, the School will refund to the student all the money he/she has paid,minus the registration fee. For students, whose program is cancelled by the School subsequent to astudent’s enrollment, the School shall refund all monies paid by the student.
