Hegave an update of the process, which was used to facilitate the discussion.Attendees worked in groups for discussion of the question, “What would you like to see at St. Francis deSales.” Groups were encouraged to brainstorm anythoughts they had, including additional items that weresent to council members by parishioners prior to themeeting. All items discussed by groups were written onlarge post its. After the discussion, the groups categorized their lists as to “Wants” and “Needs.” A member ofeach group summarized their thoughts for all and thenThe meeting was planned to discuss strategic goals forhung their lists on the wall.
