And, themaximum angle of inclination is higher than anyother stair lift system. When the lift stops at an upper or lowerlanding it will charge automatically. The chargershould be left plugged in at all times and the liftmay be left on charge indefinitely. Just press theup or down button for the desired direction.Keep the button pressed until the lift reaches itsfinal position and stops automatically.Charging LightOPERATIONTest/Diagnostic PortThis port enablesyou to connect a PCto the unit to checkseveral functions.1. Fold down the armrests and seat beforeusing the lift.2. Tighten seat belt.3. Start the run by using the rocker buttonon your arm rest, push the rocker buttonin the direction you want to ride andmaintain pressure until the lift reaches itsfinal position and stops automatically.4. Use the seat swivel handle to turn theseat to dismount after it has reached thefinal stop (top position). It is now possibleto fold up the foot support, seat, andarmrests to save space.NOTE: A seat swivel locking device on the seatprevents the lift from being operated unless theseat is in its operating position.!WARNINGBefore using the remote, always check thatno one is in the process of getting on/off. Ensure that there are no barriers or itemsWARNING DO NOT stand on the lift while it is runningon the stairway DO NOT carry more than one person Place your arms on the armrest and feet onthe footrest for safe operation DO NOT use the lift in case of fire Use the seat belt and footrest at all timeswhen riding the lift.SENSORS & SEAT SWIVEL HANDLESensors on the top and bottom of the carriage, and both sides of the footrest will halt the stair liftimmediately if they touch an obstruction. A seat swivel handle on the swivel seat prevents the liftfrom being operated unless the seat is in its normal, locked position.POWER SUPPLYThe green light should always be on IF the unit is plugged in.
