no accident, is there, that in this year of “ascension” that that heart energy is the keystone, isthe key, is the crux —Laurie:It is.Jennifer:— of how we can? So say a little bit more about the heart and maybe how can we move intothis heart energy in a more powerful way. Drunvalo said it was difficult to do, and I’ve hadexperience with many people that it can be. So is there a way to move into our hearts to allowus to access this energy?Laurie:It isn’t hard to do. It just requires a conscious intention to do. I don’t believe, in any sense ofthe word, it’s hard to do. I would disagree with that. In fact, just this past weekend, we did awonderful workshop, and it came to my attention, as we speak about this, that someone sathere in my home, which is a Mystery School home now. We’re teaching here so many thingsand hosting people, and that person said, “It’s easier to be dark than it is to be light. It’s easierto make those choices.”I sat there, and I was in a very profound way dumbfounded by that statement. I just wanted togo, “What?” So I just want to share with you, from my perspective, and I would hope fromyours, that that is not true, that it’s so much easier to choose love and light, to choose joy, tobe happy, to wake up in the morning and feel, my God, the incredible power that you havewithin your physical body to live another day on Earth, that you chose to be here.I get this all the time. How many people wanted your body? There’s only so many people whocan be here on this beautiful planet experiencing this now, and there’s so much support in thesense of the light beings that have come forward, especially since 11/11/11, to be here insupport of you.Puddah is always reminding me that I’m the president of an incredible angelic corporation.Thousands of beings are in service to us, and we need to give them instructions, and we needto work with them and tune in to them. That of course comes from starting to live in theheart.So I think the most important thing to do in your life is to return to that, and we teachdifferent exercises and ways to do that consciously. One is just to drop that energy down, justto sit quietly in the morning and just move out of the monkey mind, out of the duality, into theheart where you feel love for life. You feel love for others. You feel love for your children andfor your pets and, for whatever reason, that you have dreams and aspirations to do. From thatplace, there is no polarity. There is no duality.Another way is to arc the energy out of the back of your head. We’ve learned that modality.Just come in through the shoulder blades. I’m not ashamed to say I do that 100 times a day. Ijust make absolutely certain — boom, there I go. I’m just moving my energy right now frommy brain or my pineal into my heart, and it’s that chamber. It’s the oneness that the life forceis pumped — it’s no accident that the heart pumps the blood. It’s the organ that keeps usalive. It’s the key. Again, just referencing our wonderful master teacher Drunvalo, he explains in the embryologyof our development that the heart is the first organ to appear after the eight cells are formed.Interestingly enough, after the heart is formed, the tongue emerges. So the heart looks a littlebit like an apple, and the tongue comes out. I know you know, Jennifer in our teachings, weuse the tongue on the roof of the mouth to stimulate that Kundalini energy, the pineal glandand the heart connection, which runs this life force.It’s the sense of feeling as opposed to thinking. It’s so important to know that you are in afeeling universe. Abraham‐Hicks and so many great teachers have proven that beyond ashadow of doubt. The law of attraction responds to you.One of the mantra we use — we created it and worked with it in the film — is what I think andfeel I bring into form. I’m going to say that again. What I think and feel I bring into form. Thiscomes from the heart. If you create something from your mind that isn’t loving, then it’s timeto own up to that. It’s time to become responsible creators, conscious creators, where weown every thought, every word and every deed.Then we begin to take it from a different perspective. Nobody does anything to anybody. Weall co‐create everything together, even the darkness. We create the fear. We create thechallenge. Sometimes it’s the quickest way through, but honestly, people, it’s time to end thatin my world. It’s time to come now into the joy and say, “Okay, I played with fear and chaosand disease long enough. I know the difference now, and I know how to change my life intojoy. I know how to move into my heart and to become that which I wish to see in the world.”That’s an old statement. We have to become that. The world only changes one heart at atime. You can’t change anyone else, but you can certainly change yourself. When yourvibration changes, know that the vibration that you begin to exist in, in your family and in yourwork, will change.Puddah came in not too long ago, and she said, “Have you noticed no one can argue in ourpresence?” I’m like, “Yeah, actually I have.” Isn’t that cool? If you’re emanating this vibration,then everything changes around you. You don’t really change other people, but like attractslike. The people that are in chaos and fear really can’t be in the room with you. They’re goingto take it somewhere else.Jennifer:I have watched this with you very directly in many, many instances, having been on severalworkshops with you, that people who are freaking out or upset about something or plugged inabout something, they get in your presence, in Puddah’s presence, and there’s nowhere to gowith it. It just stops in its tracks. Sometimes you say things to them that are — because you’reobviously not plugged in in the least, and you’ve given them space to be who they are. Theyjust get to move within themselves and figure out what’s going on for themselves. It’s reallyquite a wonderful thing to be in, and is that in part because you’re in this heart space?Laurie:Absolutely. I’d like to say that, in the earlier years — and I can relate to all the drama, fear,chaos. I had the big, big martyr trophy. Trust me. I had some drama going on. Oh, my. I wasgoing to go down with the ship, and I lovingly worked on myself, as we all have, and I lovinglymoved through that. I mean, if I was in 15 minutes of judgment or of what am I doing here, can I pay my bills — youknow all the stuff we go through — Puddah would actually physically walk into the room inthose years, and she would say, “Remember when you had your life review?” I would say,“Yes,” because I did have a life review when I had a near‐death experience in 1994, and it’snever left me. It’s profound to witness every thought, word and deed you’ve ever had sinceyou were born. That’s profound.And she’d say, “I’m noticing that your energy is spiraling down. It’s dropping. You want tolook up and know that the big video camera in the sky is getting it all. Next time you have alife review, do you really want this on it?” It makes you think, doesn’t it?Jennifer:That’s great.Laurie:Oh, my God. So now it’s not even three or four minutes if I start to go into a judgment oranything, any lack of feeling of love. I’m not perfect, but I’m getting better. Again, I have thattelepathic connection with this great master, and she comes in and goes, “Uh, uh, uh. Don’tlecture in your mind right now.”So this is a loving being, and I don’t want you to think that you can’t do it because you don’thave Puddah. I just want you to know that you have an incredible support team around you.We have to become lovingly the parent of ourselves. We have to parent our vibration. Youhave to — this is really the truth of it all. You have to love yourself enough, really, to be joyful.You’ve got to love yourself enough.That means you have to find the value and the worthiness in your existence as an incarnatedhuman in the spiral of life we’re in right now. If you really could tap into that, the incrediblepower that God has given you, Creator, however that is — I don’t want to use words that hurtanybody, but Source, God, God as Creator, the being or energy of expanded illumination andconsciousness that you emanated from loves you. They love you.I’m so sorry that there’s this energy out there, and God bless us all, that we were born in sinand we’re not worthy and all that. That is a load of hooey. It really is, because you’re sopowerful, and you’re so loved, and you’re aspects of the Divine. You are that. The only thing— I love what Marianne Williamson said — you’re afraid of is your own light. That’s the truth.The only thing you’re afraid of is what you might do with this magnified, expanded light that isyou.It is a little scary, isn’t it, to think about? I mean, let’s just take, if you don’t mind my saying so— I’m going to move into gratitude here. What would it be like to be Jennifer McLean? This isa great and powerful being that’s helping the world. Laurie:Because you’re helping so many people, and the key, which I’m getting to here, is gratitude. Ijust want to say, I have so much gratitude for all the beings that are helping our work, which isreally everyone’s work, and you’re one of them. I want to thank the team that makes my workpossible now, the film that’s coming up, Ascension Guidance, Leslie and Golden Dolphin Films,Paul Lloyd Warner and his music, Waterfall music.I want to thank my soul sister, Joanne Edmonton. Don’t you just get this overwhelming feeling of love just pouringout of you? Because when you move into gratitude, you have the key to the universe. Youhave the key, gratitude, gratitude for your breath, gratitude for running water, clean water todrink, gratitude for, gosh, warm socks in the winter, everything.We take so much for granted, and if we could just move into gratitude every single morningand feel all the support and love that is there for you, boy, that puts you in your heart. That’sa great way to start the day, because then you’re in that sense of — when you make thesound, “Ohm,” that energy of ohm to the universe is what lives in your heart. You become onewith this unified field of energy.You create beauty. You create a world without fear that you can live in. Now, know that youcan’t, again, change other people’s free will or their world. That’s the beauty of the planet.Puddah always comes in and says, “You know, this planet’s big enough for everybody. We’removing into a higher vibration, but right now there’s still some negativity and war and chaosgoing on. It’s none of your business. It’s not your world. Don’t focus on that.” Then she doesher mantra, which is, “If everybody would just do their life, it would take up the rest of it.”If we would all focus on self, self‐love every day, filling our cup to overflowing, we mightactually have something to share, but you have to love yourself enough to do that. That wasthe key for me. I have to tell you that was hard for me. In this life I came in, as a child even,very angry and upset. Didn’t know why.I can remember my mother holding me and rocking me. “Bless your heart.” She’d say, “I loveyou so much,” and I was upset. I don't know. Call it past life experiences. Call it thepersonality, karmic wheel, all of that. I had to move, and many of you maybe can relate tothis, through that to find the worthiness and the uniqueness that is me.I think some of us take those unique and wonderful, special gifts that we have for granted,because they come so easily to us, like you just said, when I asked you, right? When you’redoing your mastery, when you’re being an illuminated being, when you’re creating and beingself‐love, it might just seem like a regular day, because it’s so easy for you to do that. you came here to do very important things, and you have a divine life mission. You have ablueprint.That doesn’t mean they take your free will away. It just means, before you incarnated, you setyour intention to do many things, to meet many people and to, of course, always, always workto raise your vibration to a higher, more pristine, loving place. That’s why we’re here. That’swhy we’re really here, to be love.Jennifer:We’re here to raise our vibration. Raising our vibration, it’s like, what’s the point, Laurie?What’s the point of raising our vibration?Laurie:What is the point of raising our vibration? Well, first of all, to be who you came to be. Secondof all, to move into joy, success, self‐empowerment and love. What is the opposite of that? Itdoesn’t look very good to me. That is why we came. Shall we talk about why the Earthexperience was created? Would that be helpful?Jennifer:Yeah, let’s do that. Yeah, that’d be a good one.Laurie:So what is Earth about? What are you doing here? What is the meaning of life? I believe thatto come into a place — this is what the whales have taught me — of purposeful amnesia.Here’s a being who chooses a mother and a father, which we’ll talk about later, and we’ll do alittle time travel. We chose that, and then we leaped into, with permission, into our babybody. We created a blueprint and a body, and we came here with purpose.So why did we do that? I like what Kryon says. Kryon says that there were beings createdwithout love and light, without the divine spark in a far distant, let’s just say, planetsomewhere, light years away. When that happened, it was kind of like a scar or an owie, if youwill, in the universal fabric of life, and everyone became aware of it.If God was speaking, God would say something like, “Well, that creates an imbalance,”perhaps, let’s say, for the first time. Let’s just go with that, a metaphoric kind of thing. For thefirst time now there’s an imbalance, that is not loving, in the universe. So what are we goingto do about that?So all of us came forward, all of us that are immortal, eternal beings and said, “Well, we’rebeings of love and forgiveness. Let’s just forgive them. Let’s just forgive them and fix it, andlet’s just give those beings that were created without love the spark that they’re missing sothat they can become all they are meant to be, and they can incarnate and move about theuniverse with permission and be part of the cosmic plan.”The Creator said, “No, that won’t work, because there must be order. The universe is ordered,and the universe is balanced, and we must have that.” So beings, the call went forward.Councils met for beings to come into a place that’s a closed system. As many of you know,Earth is a hologram. It’s not actually real. It’s a closed system with only one sun, and from thisplace, we came and put ourselves to sleep on purpose and put ourselves into biological, frailforms, if you will, and began to play with the density of love, promising that we would wakeup, and we would remember that we are loving beings or angelics and that we came to playwith this incredible energy of love and that we would choose love.Jennifer McLean’s Healing With The Masters: Vol. 9Guest: Laurie ReyonCopyright 2012. Patricia Cota‐Robles has a good take on it. The lagrid [phonetic] souls became a part of ourexperience, and many other things happened. Many other off‐world beings that are notnecessarily loving found this closed system and began to prick us and prod us and actuallyeven interbreed with us.The plan didn’t go necessarily according to perfection. So divine dispensation was given. Theviolet flame came in. We have many. The whales and dolphins, of course, are helping us, andmany, many other light beings came until, Puddah would say, until the teeter‐totter finallytipped, probably about — maybe 1998 we absolutely became certain, 2000, that we wouldcreate the ascension light, we would create the ascension pathway and we would evolve outof this amnesic state, out of the place where we no longer have to incarnate to create a lovingimprint for these other beings, that we’re actually on the ascension pathway.Nothing can stop it now, and no one being can come forward now and incarnate now to stopit. Let’s say, for example, the time of Hitler, times like that. We’re way past that now. We’renot going to have anything like that happen. There’s so much empowerment, and thevibration of love is present now. Enough people are awake to make — I would say come backtogether as the preordained star groupings so that the ascension can be complete, and Earthcan complete her mission.Along that line, Earth is ascending as well. Many people have come and gone. Tribes havecome and gone. There’s many stories of ascension, where they’ve come and worked into fullillumination and mastery and have ascended as individuals and as families or tribe, but thistime, the planet is ascending. We’re the fifth planet, as many of you know, and all the otherplanets have ascended and are waiting for us.Part of the reason it was delayed is because we took on the lagrid souls, which is called thegreatest act of compassion the universe has ever seen. We decided to try to help these darksouls, and we did. We did.So it’s all good, but we’ve been here a long time playing in density, and we’ve been here a longtime playing in amnesia. Each time that you’ve had a life where you woke up, that imprint oflove was grounded into the Earth. A measurement was taken, if you will, and again, I’m goingto really encourage people to check out the Kryon website and the Kryon books. It’s such agreat source of information and so loving for what I’m talking about.Measurements are taken every 25 years, and we’re coming up to that final measurement, Ithink, of what we’ve done with the measurement of love. So every thought, every word, everydeed that you have that’s loving is measured. It counts. It goes into the fabric of the Earth,into the holographic nature of the universe, and it makes it better. It makes it better. It reallydoes. It’s not just random play out here. We really are making a difference, becoming loving,raising your vibration is why you came here.You’re kind of like a crusader or a Navy Seal from another universe. You’re here — oh, RedCross. That’s what Puddah always says.
