Cencon Innovations: Shared AccessCencon locks can operate individually or in any combination of these three modes - one for the First Line Maintenancepersonnel (FLM Mode), one for cash replenisher or armored service (Route Mode), and one for bank branch employees(Bank Mode). Each mode addresses the individual access needs for each category of user.FLM MODEKey OTC(One-Time Combination)Use Cencon 4Software(CenTran optional)Designed for First LineMaintenance personnel, the FLMmode of the Cencon lock permitsthe dispatch center to give an OTCto a technician “on the fly.” FLMpersonnel are each issued a blueSmart Key and call their dispatchcenter to request an OTC. Onceused, this combination will notfunction again, thus insuringabsolute access control. Software Options for Cencon LocksCenTran 4 SoftwareIf a user prefers not to use live operators at the PC fordispatching and closing calls, Kaba Mas offers customersthe ability to use their own 3rd party dispatching softwarewith our CenTran software to interact with their existingCencon software files. Field technicians call into anautomated phone system (i.e., IVR) or access a secureweb application, and, after verifying credentials, generatetheir own needed opening codes or enter close seals tomeet practically all their daily needs. With CenTran, yourdispatch center staff need only operate one system inorder to dispatch service calls.Bank ModeCencon 4 software permits you to utilize the Bank mode ofthe Cencon lock. The bank branchmanager or contracted servicevendor uses the USB keyboxto control log-in access andmanage or audit user keysand locks. A Windowsbased PC or laptop isrequired. Once the locksand keys are programmed,the Bank keys can continue toopen and close the locks withouthaving to interface daily with the Cencon software for theBank Mode.Centran 4 SOFTWARE SPECIFICATIONS Activity Log.
