This “Maintenance Planning Document Supplement for B757-200 PCF/PCC Conversion” is a supplement to the Boeing “757 MaintenancePlanning Document,” and is applicable to certain Boeing 757-200 airplanes converted from a passenger to a Freighter/Combi configuration inaccordance with FAA STC ST02278SE (Combi) and STC ST01529SE (Freighter). The information contained in this document only applies toitems, components and/or systems that have been modified or added, and is not intended to duplicate data that is presented in the Boeingdocument.This document is to be used in conjunction with Boeing “757 Maintenance Planning Document,” D622N001, September 2017.2. The “Maintenance Planning Document Supplement for B757-200 PCF/PCC Conversion,” Doc. No. PC-0118-05, is the “Principal Manual” asdefined by CFR H25.4(b). Appendix N of this document describes the remaining ICA (Instructions for Continued Airworthiness) documents.3. There are no special tools, special inspections, or special inspection techniques that are required by this supplemental maintenance program.4. The data contained herein is applicable to all Boeing 757-200 aircraft converted from the passenger configuration by Precision Conversions anddesignated B757-200PCF (Freighter) or B757-200PCC (Combi).7. The scheduled maintenance tasks in this document should not be considered as all-inclusive. Each individual airline has final responsibility todecide what to do and when to do it, except for those maintenance requirements identified as “Airworthiness Limitations” or “CertificationMaintenance Requirements (CMR).” Temporary requirements in the form of Service Letters, Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives arethe responsibility of the individual airline to incorporate. Maintenance tasks recommended in engine, APU, and vendor manuals should also beconsidered.8. In addition to the maintenance tasks described herein, for the freighter configuration, the Supplemental Maintenance Manual (SMM), PC-011806, is the reference document for maintenance procedures, whether required, suggested, or other.
