Visionary Leadership Educational Administrators inspire andlead development and implementation ofa shared vision for comprehensiveintegration of technology to promoteexcellence and support transformationthroughout the organization.

Visionary Leadership –Performance Indicators Inspire and facilitate among all stakeholders ashared vision of purposeful change thatmaximizes use of digital-age resources to meetand exceed learning goals, support effectiveinstructional practice, and maximize performanceof district and school leaders. Engage in an ongoing process to develop,implement, and communicate technology-infusedstrategic plans aligned with a shared vision. Advocate on local, state, and national levels forpolicies, programs and funding to supportimplementation of a technology infused visionand strategic plan.

Digital-Age Learning Culture Educational Administrators create,promote, and sustain a dynamic, digitalage learning culture that provides arigorous, relevant, and engaging educationfor all students.

Digital-Age Learning Culture –Performance Indicators Ensure instructional innovation focused oncontinuous improvement of digital-age learning Model and promote the frequent and effectiveuse of technology for learning Provide learner-centered environments equippedwith technology and learning resources to meetthe individual, diverse needs of all learners Ensure effective practice in the study oftechnology and its infusion across the curriculum Promote and participate in local, national, andglobal learning communities that stimulateinnovation, creativity, and digital-age collaboration

Excellence in ProfessionalPractice Educational Administrators promote anenvironment of professional learning andinnovation that empowers educators toenhance student learning through theinfusion of contemporary technologiesand digital resources.

Excellence in Professional Practice –Performance Indicators Allocate time, resources, and access to ensureongoing professional growth in technology fluencyand integration Facilitate and participate in learning communities thatstimulate, nurture, and support administrators, faculty,and staff in the study and use of technology Promote and model effective communication andcollaboration among stakeholders using digital-agetools Stay abreast of educational research and emergingtrends regarding effective use of technology andencourage evaluation of new technologies for theirpotential to improve student learning
