2020—2021 ANNUAL REPORT 3Dear Champions,Reflecting on my first 90 days as CEO, I could easily focus on the missed deadlines, hurried staff meetings or unread emails – the ways I want to fully step into this role andhave yet to. I know God has been preparing me for this position and will continue to equipme in carrying the mission forward. I rest in the truth that Hope Clinic will continue tochange lives in a way no other place in Nashville does. In our weakness, He is strong. Wehave and will remain steadfast in our mission to provide a safe place for women, lightingthe pathway to abundant life. Women (and men) are met with the love of Christ and cometo experience the grace we receive because of His sacrifice - in practical and intangibleways.I’m so honored and excited to share our annual report with you. It catalogs this year andhonors the legacy of Renee Rizzo’s 18-year tenure. For our client services team, we saw25% more women for an initial pregnancy test than last year and continually innovatedto provide care in an ever-changing world. As Nashville is changing, so are our clients. We’ve seen our reach and services grow to serve more racially diverse communities. We’re excited to see the continued rise of clients from our Spanish-speaking community.Financially, we’ve received abundance from the storehouse! This has allowed us todream big this year and we’re dreaming even bigger next year since we paid off ourmortgage and became officially debt-free this past year!Pay close attention to the quotes sprinkled throughout this report. Our client’s wordsspeak for themselves and share the impact of Hope Clinic more powerfully than mywords ever could. We are so grateful for your financial and material support – 96% of ourbudget is fundraised, so we could not do what we do without you. With gratitude,Kailey gSince 1983, Hope Clinic for Women has beena safe and confidential place for women (andmen) who need hope and real help regardlessof age, race, religion or ability to pay.a Safe Place for Tough Choices
