We share love for ourcountry, honor our military, acknowledge the vision our FoundingFathers had for the “good ole U.S. of A.” We revel in the freedom gainedby the passage of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, whenwe became an independent nation free from British rule.In July we take notice of our freedom, many of us unable to envision what America might look like if the Continental Congress hadgone another route. What if we lived in a nation void of “life, libertyand the pursuit of happiness?” Fortunately, we don’t. And for that, weare extremely grateful, so much so in fact, that prominent displays ofpatriotism and gratitude can be seen and heard on nearly every streetcorner in every state. In true American fashion, that means it’s time to“Party in the U.S.A.”What better way to honor America than to throw a party? It’s theperfect place to let one’s patriotic side shine. If throwing a shindig isn’tyour bag, try attending one. Patriotic gratitude-filled get-togetherscome in a variety of forms. Community barbecues, beach trips with thegrandchildren, outdoor concerts with friends: These are all commonsummer soirées that can be easily infused with a patriotic twist.Lifestyle DirectorMegan ReeseRehab Program ManagerASSISTED LIVINGBELLA VITAExceptional Senior Living
