Discuss the colourmonster might feel shy or scared and that is why he is hiding.Activity Make/Paint Your Own Colour Monster - Create your own Colour Monster Collage/painting toshow how he is feeling lots of feelings at once. Make a Colour Changing Monster – Fold a sheet of kitchen roll in half. On the top half drawthe outline of the colour monster with felt tip. Open up your kitchen roll and colour with felttip inside the image that has come through with different feelings colours. Fill a white trayor dish with a shallow amount of water. Fold the kitchen paper back over and place itcarefully into the water. You should see the colours appearing into the outline. The Colour Monster has mixed feelings about going to school. For these activities you can useYellow as Happy, Green as Calm, Blue as Sad, Red as Angry, Black as Scared and colour in whatfeelings he might have.Pages 11-12 Do you think Colour Monster’s classmates look friendly?
