This year, we will be offering 8 major events at the Park and 6 Major eventsat Angelstone. We will also be hosting dressage events at both parks - dates TBA. (Tentative schedule pending finalized MLSJ 2022 schedule)With the consideration of additional programs, we are continuing to grow our demographic which includesmen and women, of all ages. The addition of the new silver Series will bring over 1000 new athletes to bothparks on a weekly basis.YOUR OPPORTUNITYVendors of these growing events will reach a captive audience of equestrians and their families, an audiencethat will reach many people throughout the competition season. Attendees and riders typically come fromacross the country to attend our scheduled events.THE RETURNBecoming a vendor at any of the 2022 events provides your business with unique access to a motivated andcommitted audience. By supporting the equestrian community, you are addressing the venue’s attendeesdirectly who care deeply about the tradition and future growth of their sport.Our events will take place on-site at Caledon Equestrian Park and Angelstone in Erin, and include aminimum of 3 competition rings at each event (with the exception of the Dressage events). Event vendorswill be located outdoors along the west side of the indoor arena wall, or in the central vendor area at thePark. Vendors at Angelstone will be located in the designated Vendor area, central on the property.Benefits and recognition include your exhibit vehicle and web links on our official event website. We havedesigned our vendor package to maximize your organization’s visibility and expand your client base. Vendorsmay also choose to become a sponsor of our events and/or advertise in souvenir programs where offered.YOUR VENDOR SPACE INCLUDES: 10’ x 20’ allocated space (Suitable for a self-contained mobile unit)Basic electrical (15 amp)Wireless Internet is available on site for phone/POS terminals.A vendor list will be populated and placed on the Caledon Equestrian Park and Angelstone socialmedia (or websites) advertising your presence for the reserved event.
YOUR COMMITMENTTentative Schedule: Vendors of Hunter/Jumper and Dressage competitions are required to be open for business Friday,Saturday & Sunday, 10 am - 3 pm (unless the competition day ends before 3 pm). Vendors can beopen for each day of competition, 8 am until close if preferred, but are required to operate within theabove-noted parameters. Vendors of Angelstone during Major League Show Jumping in August and The Caledon Cup at CEP inSeptember are required to be open for business each Saturday night until 7 pm, although you maychoose to remain open longer.INSURANCE REQUIREMENTSThe Vendor shall, at its sole expense and cost, carry (i) a policy of general liability insurance against claimsof personal injuries, wrongful death, or property damage occurring on or about Angelstone Events with aminimum amount of two million dollars ( 2,000,000). A Certificate of insurance (COI) verifying said policy andnaming Angelstone Events., Caledon Equestrian Park, Angelstone Farms, Town of Caledon, and Toronto andRegion Conservation Authority (TRCA) as additional insureds must be provided to Angelstone at the time ofapplication.2022 VENDOR OPTIONS & FEES Caledon Equestrian Park Season - Includes Gold (10), Silver (5), Dressage: 10,000 CAD Angelstone Tournaments Season - Includes Gold (4), Silver (7), Dressage: 7,500 CAD CEP & AST Season - 15,000 CAD* All price per 10’ x 20’ vendor space, and plus HSTTo request a vendor space, a completed, signed Application and Rental Agreement is required. VENDOR RENTAL AGREEMENTUPON RECEIPT, THIS VENDOR AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES A VALID AND BINDING CONTRACTCentral Venue Name: Caledon Equestrian ParkLocation: 200 Pine Ave, Caledon, ON L7E 0M1West Venue Name: Angelstone TournamentsLocation: 8720 Wellington Road 50, Erin, ON N0B 2K0Date(s): To cover any requested event dates, May 2022 – October 2022Set Up for Hunter/Jumper & Dressage Competitions: Event vendors may arrive on the Monday before therequested event date to set up and will be ready for direct sales by the first active day of competition.Placement: The placement of all vendors will be determined by Angelstone Events. Vendors may not assignor sublet any portion of the assigned vendor space, or have representatives, equipment, and/or materialsfrom any firm other than its own in the vendor area.Right of Refusal: Angelstone Events reserves the right to review and reject any application for vendor spacewithout prejudice. Angelstone reserves the right to terminate the Vendor Rental Agreement providing theevent vendor is in breach of contract.Security: Security will not be provided at any time. Angelstone Events, Caledon Equestrian Park, AngelstoneFarms, Town of Caledon, and/or TRCA are not responsible for theft or damage of property or product.Cancellation: Written cancellation is required a minimum of 30 days prior to the requested event to receive afull refund of applicable vendor fees. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the requested event, 50% ofapplicable vendor fees will be refunded.THIS CONTRACT is executed by the undersigned vendor for the benefit of Angelstone Events (ASE). Acompany whose prime objective is to manage events at Caledon Equestrian Park and Angelstone. Thevendor is requesting participation in select events being offered at Caledon Equestrian Park and Angelstoneby Angelstone Events during the 2022 season. The vendor hereby agrees as follows:VENDOR RESPONSABILITIES:In connection with the execution of this contract, the vendor shall:1. Provide their own fully self-contained mobile unit or tent (tents are not recommended due to inclementweather possibilities).2. Undertake to observe all rules and directions which are imposed by Angelstone Events(ASE) andCaledon Equestrian Park / Angelstone generally or specifically in respect of the space which is beingused.3. Vendors are required to be open for business within the parameters previously stated.4. Provide at its own expense the necessary safeguards to protect the Vendor’s property where leftovernight in the facility.5. The signage should be professional in appearance. There are no walls around your space to hang orlean merchandise on.6. (TRCA) as additional insureds must be provided to ASE at the time of application.RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION: In consideration of the vendor’s acceptance to participate in the Event,the Vendor hereby voluntarily assumes responsibility for, and releases, waives, acquits, and foreverdischarges Angelstone Events, Caledon Equestrian Park, Angelstone Farms, The Town of Caledon andToronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) along with their respective boards of directors, officers,agents, employees, members, sponsors, contributors, exhibitors and volunteers (collectively, the“Releasees”), of and from, and agrees legal action cannot be perused on account of, any and all liability,demands, losses, claims, and damages of every kind whether now or hereafter existing, arising out of, or inany way connected, directly or indirectly, with the event or vendors participation in the event, whether arisingout of, attributed to or caused or alleged to have been caused by the negligence (sole, joint, concurrent,active, or passive), gross negligence, or intentional conduct of any of the releases.Vendor further agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any and allclaims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to reasonableattorney fees, for injury, death, loss, or damage of whatever nature to any person, property, or any claimresulting from, arising out of, or in any way related to (i)Vendors use and occupancy of the premises, (ii)Vendors participation in the event, or (iii) any act or omission of Vendor, its agents, employees, orindependent contractors or anyone directly or indirectly employed by any of them, or anyone for whose actsor omissions any of them may be liable, whether arising out of, attributed to or caused or alleged to havebeen caused by the negligence (sole, joint, concurrent, active, or passive), gross negligence, or intentionalconduct of any of the Releasees.In executing this contract, the Vendor acknowledges and represents that the Vendor has read the forgoingcontract and will be bound by its contents.Vendor Name:Authorized AgentPlease PrintDate
