Member SupportThe Member Support Department provides first line query resolution to all SAICA members byreceiving and responding to incoming queries via telephone, email, and the member portal. Theweb-based queries system incorporates workflow that will enable SAICA Standards and other divisionsto monitor replies, turnaround time, issues unsatisfactorily resolved (i.e., returned by member) and repetitiveissues for broader communication (e.g., FAQs), clarification and possible training interventions.
