AccommodationOn-campus housingThis is the recommended option for first-year,undergraduate UMass Boston Navitas GSSPstudents. UMass Boston’s 260,000-square-foot oncampus residence hall provides beds for first-yeardomestic and international students. The state-ofthe-art building includes fully furnished double andtriple rooms, laundry facilities, a community kitchen,study areas and a dining hall.Housing is not guaranteed for all first year studentsand there are a limited number of rooms available.For an additional fee, students can live in thedormitory during the summer. The Undergraduate UMassBoston Navitas GSSP consists ofacademic for-credit courses andskill-development courses andprovides a bridge from your highschool experience to studyingfor a university degree in theUnited States. The Graduate UMass Boston Navitas GSSPGraduate direct entryThe Graduate UMass BostonNavitas GSSP is a two-semesterprogram designed for studentswho have completed a bachelor’sdegree, but need additionalacademic and/or English supportto gain entry to a master’sdegree program. No GMAT or GREis needed to be consideredfor admission.Students with strong academiccredentials will be reviewed fordirect entry to graduate programsthrough UMass Boston NavitasGSSP, which provides admissionsservices to these applicants.
