No formal action can be taken on these items at this meeting. No discussion or deliberation can occur. Comments regarding specific items should occur when the item is called on the agenda. Anyone wishing to speak under this agenda item should complete a “Comment Card” and submit itto the City Secretary prior to addressing the Council, if possible. During video conferenced meetings, public comments are accepted via email to the City Secretarycitysecretary@graniteshoals.org up to 2 hours before the meeting begins.Texas Government Code, Section 551.042. Sec. 551.042.
