TIGHT CONNECTIONS FORYOUR APPLICATIONSClamp ForceStretchTORQUEUsing torque tools, such as nutrunners orhydraulic torque wrenches, you turn the nut. Asthe nut turns, it stretches the stud. The torquesetting for the tool translates into load on theconnection. When the tools are used following theappropriate specifications for lubrication, coatingand other factors, a desired clamp force can beproduced.Clamp ForceStretchTorque AppliedTorque and Tension are two distinct ways toachieve the same result: create the appropiateclamping force for the joint or connection. With application of hydraulic pressure to the hydraulicnuts, bolt load is generated effortlessly and the user needsonly to insert easily fitted shims to retain the bolt load. Thehydraulic pressure is then released and an accurate bolt loadis retained.

Custom Bolt Tightening SolutionsWe aim to provide special tensioner solutions within one week of receiving the enquiry.We are very aware that there are many diverse and specialised types of bolted joints being used throughout theindustrialised world. Each bolted joint can offer its ownset of problems and engineering challenges.Many bolt tightening solutions providers offer simple generalpurpose standard ranges of bolt tightening equipment. If thestandard bolt tightening equipment is not suitable for a specificbolting applications then a solution cannot be offered.We do not exclude the difficult and challenging bolted joints,we thrive on finding solid engineering solutions to the mostdemanding of bolted joints.
