We are now in the second year (2014) towards Go 1B (Go 100 Mil forSingapore). We have in line many attractive incentives and recognition programme to motivate and incentivise our Distributor leaders to achieve this target.To Go1B, we target to achieve sales growth of 10% each year, from 2013 to 2015 (8%, 9% and 10% respectively for Singapore).Go 1B IncentiveGo 1B RecognitionUpon achieving 2014 target of 10%* sales growth, you will be rewardedwith additional payment of 50% under the following GIP 2014: New Achiever Bonus (Founders Platinum and above) Emerald Growth Incentive Bonus (Growth of 3Q and above) Diamond Growth Incentive Bonus. GIP2014 PAGE 06NEW Platinum:For Distributors who do not have any SP month in PY2013, the minimum NQ months requirement of 15% (or 12%) is only applicable- after the first SP month in PY2014.- All SQ months must be completed in 14Oct14Distributor A Does not have any SPmonth in Q6SQ15%21%SQDistributor B Has at least One SPmonth in Q6SQ15%21%SQ Distributor A does NOT have an SP month in PY2013, hence qualify under this rule. 6SQ months must be achieved within PY14 and up to Oct 2014. Thus he will qualify for SQ7 bonus. The payment will be effected inNov 2014. If one of the month after Dec13 drops to 12%, he will only qualify for SQ6 bonus even though he may have 7 SQ months and meeting the condition of15% in Sept and Oct 2014.PY2014DistributorDistributor D Has one SP month inJul 13, i.e. %SQ21%SQ21%SQ21%SQ15%21%SQ21%SQ15%21% Distributor D has an SP month before the start of PY14. Thus he needs to maintain at least 12%/15% for the non-SQ months. In this example, D does not qualify for SQ6 or SQ7 bonus as he has one month below 12%/15%, i.e. Sept 13.
