Portions of the 2nd and3rd story cantilevered over the 1st floor to provideadditional square footage to the building as well.The structure primarily consisted of load bearing CMU/hollow core plank intermixed with the cantilever CIPconcrete decks & a tie-column/beam system. The residences include one and two bedroomapartments ranging in size from approximately 800 SF toover 1,300 SF. The Assisted Living neighborhood providesstudio and one-bedroom accommodations for residentsand include a dining room, activity rooms, library, craftsroom, and a small home theater.
