Semi-public telephone service is considered as a form of subscriber service.SubscriberA person or agency subscribing for telephone service. As used in this Tariff, a separatesubscriber is involved at each location, or continuous property, where service is furnished.One individual or firm therefore may be considered as two or more separate subscribers,even in the same Exchange.
