BOOK A SEASONAL CAMPSITEA STEP-BY-STEP GUIDEStep 1: Sign In or Sign Up for an accountStep 2: It's time to find an adventure!If you know which provincial park you would like to book a seasonal campsite in, enter thelocation. If you enter a park, it will sort your chosen park first and then nearby parks.If you do not enter a location, all available parks will be listed alphabetically.
Step 3: What are you looking for andinterested in?Select "Camping & Swimming" from the "InterestedIn" dropdown.Select "Seasonal Camping" from the "Looking for"dropdown.Enter the length of your camping unit if you like.Leave the other fields blank to see all parks offeringseasonal camping.Hit "Search."Step 4: Time to choose a park!There are two ways to choose a park:In list view by clicking “Seasonal”; orIn map view by clicking “Show Map”, then clicking a map pin and selecting "CheckAvailability."List ViewSelect"Seasonal"Map ViewSelect"Check Availability"
Step 5: Pick your siteThere are two ways to choose your site:List ViewThis will automatically load andyou will notice information aboutthe site such as:Site NumberLoop/AreaSite TypeMax # of peopleEquipment Length/DrivewayAmenitiesClick “Book Season” for moreinformation or to book the site.Map ViewClick “Campground Map” and thepark map will drop down showingseasonal sites. Available sites areblue and sites that are not availableare grey.Click on a site and a pop-up willcome up, click “Book Season” formore information or to book thesite.
Step 6: Confirm your reservationHere you will see your reservation details such as arrivaldate, departure date, site number and alerts.Click “Book these Dates” to proceed with the reservation.New this year - users no longerhave to enter dates forseasonal sites. Simply reviewthe details and click the "Bookthese Dates" button.You will notice Site Detailsspecific to the site you havechosen to book.You can click “Site Photos” toview photos of the site or scrolldown the page and view thephotos.If you decide this is not the site youwould like to book, click “Find othercampsites or activities” to take youback to the search screen.
Step 7: Confirm your order detailsEquipmentEnter your Primary Equipment fromthe drop down menu.Enter your Primary Equipmentlength (take note of the MaxLength below the box).Site OccupantsEnter the number of occupants youare booking for (cannot exceed 6people).Enter the number of vehicles yourequire to purchase an Annual ParkEntry Permit for (Min 1, Max 2)Choose the Primary Occupant. Thismay be yourself or another person.When choosing “Other” occupantyou will be required to enter theirfull details including, first name, lastname, complete mailing address,phone number and email address.Alerts and Important InformationRead the Alerts and ImportantInformation. When completed click,“Yes, I have read and understoodthis important information” toagree to the terms.Click “Continue to Shopping Cart”to proceed to check out.
Step 8: Buy Add-ons (Optional)Here you can choose to purchase an Annual or Senior Vehicle Entry Permit.If you purchase an annual vehicle entry permit online, the permit will be mailed to the mailingaddress associated with your reservation. Allow at least 8-10 business days from the date ofpurchase for delivery. A temporary pass will be emailed to you to use until the Annual arrives.Note that senior entry must be picked up a the park. Saskatchewan residents 65 years or older(or turn 65 in the current year) may receive free daily, weekly or an annual entry toSaskatchewan Provincial Parks upon proof of age with government-issued ID at the park. Asenior annual vehicle entry permit is assigned to your Sask Parks customer account and for youruse only in Saskatchewan Provincial Parks.Step 9: Shopping cartReview your purchase, ensure consistent site info in the cart screen,and click “Checkout Shopping Cart”.If you would like toremove thereservation from yourcart, click the box nextto it and “Removemarked items”.If you would like to addanother product to your cart,click “Continue Shopping”.
Step 10: Checkout shopping cartEnter your credit card details (Visa andMastercard) or gift card number.Read the Saskatchewan Provincial ParksPolicies and Rules, click “Yes, I have readand accept the aboveacknowledgement” to agree to theterms.Click “Complete this Purchase”.Step 11: All completed!You will now receive a confirmation email to the email associated with your account.
