LED lighting technologyExplanationLEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) can vary the propertiesof the light that is generated, and generate almost theentire colour spectrum. Unlike normal light bulbs orhalogen lamps, LEDs generate little heat. They use lessenergy and have a long service life.The advantages Long lastingLED lights have an extremely long service life of upto 25 years or more than 40,000 to 50,000 hours. InsensitiveLEDs have an extremely small and robust design.This makes handling easier during furnitureconstruction and transport. Low heat generationBecause of their extremely low power consumption,LED lights generate hardly any heat. This meansthat LED lighting systems are particularly suitablefor displays. Energy-savingLED lights use an impressive 90 percent less powerthan conventional light bulbs! This means that theycan be used to implement modern lighting scenariosin furniture, and still be in line with the energy savingtrend. PowerfulModern LED lights are bright and have a saturatedlight colour. They achieve full brightness as soon asthey are switched on. LED furniture lighting thereforehas a lasting effect at the push of a button. Rich in variantsLED lights are available in different colours, and canalso be designed as colour changing lights. Thisallows the light colour to be coordinated with furniturecontents, such as exhibits, in the best possible way.
