Upload PDFs to a Studio Session during creation. Turn the default permissions on & off Unrestrict attendees by email during thecreation of a new Studio Session. Invite colleagues to join them in a Studio Sessionby copying the invitation & emailing from GTemail program Describe how they can invite attendees to aStudio Session using their email address book. If this Studio server has not been configured to use Active Directory or if youwould prefer to log in using your email address:o Enter your email address in the Domain / E-mail field.o Select Remember password.o Enter a password for this Studio account in the Password field. Click OK.You will receive a verification email after you create the account. Follow theinstructions in this email in order to complete the validation process. Revu 2016: Basics Guide Setting up a newStudio SessionThe dialog box to theright will appear Enter a Session Name Click Add to selectPDFs to include in theSession, or click AddOpen Files to add thefiles that are alreadyopen in Revu. Filescan be added later,as well. Select the desiredoptions from thePermission list. Thesewill apply universalpermissions to allAttendees. CheckSave, Print, Markup,Markup Alert, or AddDocuments to allowAttendees thosepermissions bydefault or uncheckthem to removethose permissionsfrom Attendees bydefaultTo unrestrict accessto the Session byemail address,uncheck the RestrictAttendees by E-mailAddress. Expiration datesmust be in the future;Revu will not allow aback-datedexpiration date.Click OK to save thesettings & upload thefiles.
