How the Ecoleccontroller/timer worksThe Ecolec heater is designed to work with the WCT 100TX controller.Using a WCT 100TX, everyday of the week can have up to six different air temperature settings programmedfor times to suit the occupants of the property concerned.When ‘Actual Temperature’ shown in the WCT 100TX display is below ‘Target Temperature’, a radio signalpulse is sent to the heater thus calling for heat. Communication continues regularly whenever heating is called for.When the room ‘Actual Temperature’ approaches the current ‘Target Temperature’, heating output will reducein steps by varying the heating surface temperature and this will then cycle up and down to maintain therequired comfort level.Running costs will depend upon the room size, building type, insulation, whether windows are doubled glazed etc.Element rating: 2000 watts (230 volts) - Model VOL200D/RP/PC/RX/V - 500w x 2000h x 40dRated output: 1600watts at surface temperature 70 C (equal to input average)Loading: 9 amps - rear cable entry - cable 2m long 3 core including earth.WirelesscontrollertimerWCT100/TX is a high precision roomtemperature control (wireless 433MHx).It is also a 7 day programmer withup to 6 temperature settings per day.Each WCT 100/TX can control anynumber of heaters.

How it worksWireless controller includes atransmitter and all radiatorscontain a receiver.The Wireless Controller transmitsa signal to switch the heaters on.The heaters show a signal has beenreceived by flashing a green LEDtwice. An illuminated red LED willnow show that the heatersare active.When the set room temperature isachieved the Wireless Controllertransmits another signal to switchthe heaters off. The heaters showthe signal has been received byflashing the green LED twice. Thered LED will now go out.As the heaters warm up, and whilstmaintaining the set ambient roomtemperature, the surfacetemperature of the front panels willnot exceed their factory set limit,working on a differential of /-1C .This will be seen by the red LEDconstantly switching on and off.ECO2000DLL/RP/SS/RX/Vin brush stainless steel
