This gives learners the knowledge,understanding and skills required to monitor and maintain health and safety practicein the salon.In this unit learners will explore why and how to carry out a risk assessment, including the actions totake following a risk assessment. Learners will also develop the skills needed to monitor and supportthe work of others to ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
