LearnDoing puzzles, reading books,learning a language, trying anew recipe, listening to onlinetalks, using technology.Whether it is doing somethingyou already enjoy or tryingsomething new.Learning is good for ourwellbeing.I love a challenge - so I’ve beentrying out a new recipe once aweek. There’s lots of ideasonline!

Be ActiveGo for a walk or cycle if you canand it’s safe to do so.Garden. Exercise. Stretch.Dance. Sing along too!Whatever you can do to moveyour body everyday will helpyou feel good inside and out.I’ve been putting on the radioevery afternoon and getting thekids doing silly dances throughthe house.
