X-life ultra BearingsX-life ultra bearings were designedfor maximum demands on speedability and load. They are hybridbearings with rolling bearing ringsmade of Cronidur 30, a high nitrogen stainless steel. Compared tothe conventional rolling bearingsteel 100Cr6, Cronidur 30 exhibitsa substantially finer structure, thusensuring cooler operation andhigher admissible contact pressure.Basically, all spindle bearing designs are available as X-life ultrabearings.Compared to standard bearings,the extended service life of X-lifeultra bearings contributes to thereduction of system costs.
