Simplified Reporting

Simplified Reporting NRTC has completed changes to offer a simplified reporting option Simplified Reporting› A single report required on a monthly basis› A ZIP Code report required twice per year Members to have two options:› Status Quo - continue providing the standard 4 reports› New Report - begin submitting the new simplified report Benefits of Simplified Report› Commercial, Residential and Bulk all included in a single report› System sub count included in same report› Only one retail rate required per service code15

Simplified Reporting Subscriber units will be used for ALL subscriber counts, including hotel/motel,bulks, BUSN/TAVN› For Standard BUSN/TAVN – will be total number of business/tavern accounts that have that package› For Hotel/Motel and Bulk – will be the number of units in that particular property (each property reported on aseparate, individual row) We will no longer collect (in this month-end report) – ZIP Codes, AccountType or FCO ZIP Codes will be submitted in a separate report for June and Decembermonth-end only16

Simplified Reporting Next Steps There will be some service code changes required to participate in simplified reporting.
