Groups of companieswith the same Priority Point totals will receive their boothassignment in an order determined by random selectionfrom within their group. The random selection processis based on a random sorting within Microsoft Excel andwas reviewed and approved by International CarwashAssociation General Counsel.Prior to The Car Wash Show 2019, we will finalize allexhibiting companies’ Priority Points and determinethe overall selection order. We will then assign you anappointment date and time, which will take place in theLottery Room, in Hall A2, near the service desk duringThe Car Wash Show 2019 at the Music City Center.During your appointment, you will be able to view theentire floor plan for The Car Wash Show 2020, includingwhich spaces have been selected ahead of you and whichare available. At the time of space selection, you willbe required to complete an online contract and submita deposit of 20% of your exhibit space total. You willreceive a confirmation of your space selection on-site.WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MYAPPOINTMENT TIME?Appointment times are included in this informationpacket on pages 7-13 and will also be emailed to the maincontact of each company by the week of May 3.WHAT IF I CANNOT MAKE MYAPPOINTMENT TIME?If you are unable to make your appointment, and youwould like to participate in space selection, you maycomplete the proxy form to have The Car Wash Showteam choose a space for you during your designatedtime. The proxy form may be emailed to Carrie North atcnorth@carwash.org, or you may bring it to the LotteryRoom in Hall A2 at the Music City Center anytime before5:00 p.m. (CDT) on Monday, May 13. Please note theproxy form must be accompanied by a 20% depositpayment. Booths may be combinedto form a larger space, and exhibiting companies mayform island booths subject to the following rules:An exhibiting company may delete booths from the floorplan to form an island only if the total number of boothson both sides of the aisle total 400 square feet or more.See below for examples.OKAY:OKAY:NOT OKAY:RULES ON PURCHASING AISLE SPACEExhibiting companies are allowed to purchase spaceafter on-site space selection as long as all existing aislesmaintain continuous traffic flow. “Keep Clear Aisles” maynot be purchased at any time. All aisle space purchaseswill be based on the review and approval of Showmanagement. See below for examples.PURCHASEDAT SPACESELECTIONNOT OKAY:OKAY:CAN I SELECT SPACE WITHANOTHER COMPANY?Companies who wish to exhibit near each other mustchoose space during the time slot of the company withthe lowest number of points. If you wish to do this, pleaseinform Show management by May 13 at 5:00 p.m. (CST).CAN I EXPAND OR RELOCATE MY BOOTH IF ABETTER LOCATION BECOMES AVAILABLE?Yes! We are happy to expand your space or relocate toyour desired location as long as it is available. Pleasecome to the space selection office in the Lottery Roomin Hall A2 and a representative from Show managementwill take your request. Changes will take place during thenext scheduled break of the day.CANCELLATION POLICYPlease choose booth space carefully. Canceling orreducing companies will lose Priority Points on thespace released. Please see Section 4 of the Terms andConditions in The Car Wash Show 2020 Online Contractfor Exhibit Space.OKAY:NEW: RULES ON TWO OR MORE CONTIGUOUSISLAND BOOTHSExhibiting companies may purchase contiguous islandbooths. Two or more contiguous island booths will incuran opportunity fee.
