General Student Fees2021-2022 Academic YearThis fee is assessed to all students each semester to provide support for lab expenses, technical support,learning resources, and student services and activities. The General Student Fee is non-refundable after weekone of a semester or week one of a shortened module.The General Student Fee (charged per credit) applies to all new and continuing programscurrently charged at the per-credit hour rate and all cohorts entering fixed tuition rateprograms beginning in Fall 2021 and beyond. The fee provides support for the costof processing the portfolio. 600This fee is assessed each term of enrollment to all students in the DNPProgram to support costs of individualized services and special events andofferings as provided by the School of Nursing.Clinical FeeAll Programs with clinical placementsThis fee is assessed in the first and last terms of enrollment for ABSNstudents and annually in the Fall term to to all other programs with 1,500 matriculated students in academic programs that require clinical educationplacements. The fee provides support for expenses associated with clinicalplacements.

This fee is assessed to those students who extend their 1,500enrollment by registering for a continuation course in order to complete aterminal project or clinical experience.This fee must be submitted with the application for admission. The fee 100 supports the cost of processing the application for admission. This fee isnon-refundable. 700This one-time fee is assessed to all matriculated students at the point ofeach new matriculation into a degree or certificate program. The feeprovides support for administrative, orientation and graduation expensesassociated with the student's matriculation. This fee is non-refundable. 500This deposit must be submitted to secure the applicant's place in theirprogram. Deposit amount will be credited to the applicant's tuition and feeaccount in their first term of enrollment. This fee is non-refundable.Other ChargesDepositLate Payment Fee I 250Late Payment Fee II 250Transcript Fee (per transcript) 10This charge will be added to all unsettled balances on the day following thepayment due date. Settled balances include full payment and, or,documentation for account clearance. Documentation for accountclearance and balance justification includes the following: TuitionManagement Systems enrollment confirmation, National Health ServiceCorps Scholarship letter, or other awarded financial aid. Awarded financialaid must be greater than the balance due to avoid the late payment fee.This supporting documentation must be received by the Financial Aid orthe Student Accounts Office prior to the payment due date. This fee is nonrefundable.This charge is assessed to any student with an unsettled account balanceon the 13th class day following the start of the term, regardless of when astudent's actual class starts. Settled balances include full payment and, or,documentation for account clearance. Documentation for accountclearance and balance justification includes the following: submission ofpayment to Tuition Management Systems prior to the 13th class day,National Health Service Corps Scholarship letter, or confirmation ofawarded financial aid. Financial aid documentation must be greater thanthe balance due to avoid the late payment fee II. This fee is nonrefundable.This charge is assessed to any student requesting an "official" copy ofan academic transcript issued by the MGH Institute. Official transcripts bearthe official seal of the Institute as well as the signature of the Registrar.Unofficial transcripts are free of charge, but do not carry the seal of theInstitute or the signature of the Registrar, and are not considered officialdocuments of the Institute. This fee is refundable if an request iscancelled for any reason.
