Axel Kirsch, DMDPioneer in ImplantologyDr. Axel Kirsch is an internationally recognized pioneer in the fieldof perio-implant-prosthetics. For the past 30 years, Dr. Kirsch’sexperimental and clinical experience has resulted in the developmentof the IMZ Implant System. Peter K. Moy, DMDDr. Peter Moy received his dental degree from theUniversity of Pittsburgh, a certificate in General PracticeResidency from Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaiiand his certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery fromUCLA Hospital and Medical Center.He presently limits his practice to Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery focusingprimarily in the areas of Osseointegrated dental implants and the reconstruction of theseverely atrophic ridges. He is currently on staff in the departments of Oral andMaxillofacial Surgery as well as Hospital Dentistry at UCLA. He is also the Co-director ofthe UCLA Dental Implant Center. Dr. Moy has written numerous articles related toImplant Dentistry and Osseointegration, specifically, on bone grafting and augmentationprocedures for the atrophic ridges. He has lectured nationally and internationally, mostrecently at the 98th Annual Meeting of the American Association of Oral andMaxillofacial Surgeons. Pat Allen, DDS, PhDDr. Allen is past president of the American Academy of EstheticDentistry, the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry and theAmerican Academy of Periodontology Foundation. He currentlyserves as the Periodontal Section Editor for the Journal of EstheticDentistry and serves on the Editorial Boards of the Journal ofPeriodontology and the International Journal of Periodontics and Restorative Dentistry.Dr. Allen received the Distinguished Alumnus Award from the Baylor College ofDentistry Periodontics Residency Program, the Master Clinician Award from theAmerican Academy of Periodontology and the Best Teacher Award from the AmericanAcademy of Esthetic Dentistry.
