Fractions of Points greater than .50 arerounded up and less than or equal to .50are rounded down. There’s no limit to how many Points youcan earn. Page 2How do I redeem my Points?Just go to fiacardservices.com/worldpoints, or call the Redemption Centerat 1.800.433.5662.What you need to know Points are available for redemption assoon as they appear on your statement. Points cannot be redeemed if theaccount is not in good standing, or isclosed, at the time of redemption. Points accrued during any Billing Cycle inwhich the account is two cycles orgreater past due at the end of the BillingCycle will not be awarded. In order to redeem for Rewards, youmust be an individual (no corporations,partnerships, or entities). If you voluntarily close the Card or weclose the Card, all unused Points areimmediately and irrevocably forfeited. When you request a Reward, Points willbe deducted from your account basedon the Point value of the specific Rewardon the date of the request. All redemptions are final. Rewards can’tbe returned, refunded, exchanged orcredited, unless otherwise specified. You can’t transfer or sell Points toanother person. However, you maybe able to transfer Points from oneFIA Card Services, N.A. account toanother. Call for more information tosee if your account qualifies. Points are non-negotiable and have nocash value except when redeemed forCash Rewards.Expiration date for PointsPoints expire five years from the end ofthe billing cycle in which they were earned.Travel RewardsYou can redeem Points for: Airline travel Car rentals Hotel and resort staysWhat you should know Travel Reward redemptions start at2,500 Points. All travel arrangements are subject toavailability. You’ll earn Points for any additional costscharged on your Card. Exchanges or refunds for no-shows orunused portions of travel aren’t allowed.Make sure you provide proper proof ofcitizenship or naturalization if required. From time to time, we may offer you theability to redeem Points for other TravelRewards, such as cruises. You can avoid the additional 10 booking fee by redeeming online.FlexAir Rewards The number of Points you need to redeemfor a FlexAir Reward will be determined atthe time of redemption. You can redeem for an unlimited dollarvalue on your ticket.Premium Air Rewards — forVisa Signature or World MasterCard cardholders onlyUnless you’re redeeming for first- orbusiness-class travel, the ticket will be ineconomy class, and the lowest fare availableat the time of booking. There is a maximumdollar value for the cost of a ticket.To qualify as a Premium Air Reward,your air travel must meet the followingrequirements: Twenty-one day advance booking andSaturday night stay required. Stopovers of four hours or more aren’tallowed. You may be required topresent a credit card at check-in tocover these charges.Cash Rewards You can redeem Points for a statementcredit, an electronic deposit (ACH) to yourchecking or savings account, a check or acharitable donation. Current Cash Reward values, and theirPoints requirements, are available onthe Site and are subject to change.Requesting a Statement Credit Points redeemed for statement credit toyour Card will post to your account within3 days of the date of redemption. Statement credits will generally be appliedto your existing balance with the highestpriced Annual Percentage Rate (APR). Receipt of a statement credit does notaffect your responsibility to pay your TotalMinimum Payment shown on eachStatement you receive from us.Requesting an electronic deposit intoa checking or savings account Please check with your financialinstitution to make sure they willaccept the electronic deposit beforeredeeming your Points for deposit intoan account at a financial institutionother than FIA Card Services, N.A. If an electronic transfer is rejected, yourPoints will be returned to your account.We will notify you within 15 days of yourrequest at the email address provided atthe time of redemption. When you redeem, an electronic depositwill be sent by us to your designatedaccount within 5 business days.Requesting a check When you request a check, we’ll mail it(first-class) to the billing address on theaccount within 14 business days. If yourequest multiple checks, we’ll mail eachone separately. The check is payable tothe primary cardholder, not to joint orauthorized users. The check is valid for 90 days from thedate it was issued. After the printedexpiration date, the check will be void,and you’ll get a statement credit for theamount within two billing cycles. This willappear on your account as a retail creditadjustment. We are not responsible for lost, stolen,or undelivered checks.Requesting a Charitable Donation Redeem your Points for a cash donationto a charitable organization. Consult your tax advisor to see if yourdonation qualifies with the IRS as acharitable donation.Gift Card RewardsUse your Points for gift cards from a varietyof retailers.Shopping online Browse the Site for gift card optionswhich are updated regularly. All redemptions are final.About gift cards Rewards may be issued as gift cards orgift certificates. Gift cards and gift certificates are subjectto each individual retailer’s policies. Fordetails, see the information that comeswith your gift card.Shipping Gift cards can be sent to a P.O. Boxor street address. Check the Site for gift card shippingterms.

Page 5Experiential RewardsRedeem Points for a variety of events,experiences and concierge services,including entertainment. Quantities are limited, and Rewards areavailable on a first-come, first-servedbasis (subject to change). The number of Points you need toredeem will be based on the value ofeach Reward. Additional restrictions may apply toindividual Rewards. For details, see thedescription of the Reward on the Site.How it works Call or visit the Site anytime for assistancewith entertainment, events and experiences.What you should know Experiential Rewards may be issued toanyone you choose, subject to the termsin the Terms of Use that are available onthe Site. If you access or redeem Points for theseservices by phone or the Site, you agreeto be bound by the terms and conditionsoutlined on the Site. You are responsible for charges made atyour request.Additional TermsProgram changesChanges to the Program and the ProgramRules may occur from time to time. Whenany change is made, we’ll post revisions onthe Site. In some cases, we may notify youof changes by mail. However, it’s yourresponsibility to review the Site or anycorrespondence to stay aware of anychanges.We may choose to: Discontinue or replace any Rewardwith a similar one of lesser, equal orgreater value. Change any part of the Program,Program Rules or participating partners,Rewards or special offers. Terminate the Program, or discontinueyour participation in it for any reason.For example, we may disqualify you fromearning and redeeming Points if we findthat you or someone else used youraccount in a way that breaks theProgram Rules.Changes may also affect outstandingtransactions and Points, including: The earnings rate for Points The number of Points required toredeem Rewards The types of transactions that qualifyfor Points The type or value of Rewards The expiration date of Points, and themaximum number of Points that maybe earned per month, year or othertime periodThe Program is not scheduled to end ona predetermined date.Disputes regarding Points Discrepancies about Point earningsare not treated as credit card billingdisputes. Please refer to your CreditCard Agreement or the annual YourBilling Rights notice for details aboutbilling disputes. All decisions regarding Point disputesshall be final.Refunds on credit card transactionsIf you earn Points with a credit cardtransaction that is later refunded — andyou redeem those Points for a Reward —we may: Cancel reservations and void traveldocuments Stop payment on any checks Withhold subsequent Points Collect any amounts you owe; this mayinclude charging an equivalent dollaramount to your Card (in the form of aBank Cash Advance)

Independent third parties manage theExperiential Rewards, gift card andcertificate rewards portions of theProgram. An independent third-party travelagency manages the travel portionof the Program. State Seller of Travel registration numbersfor Loyalty Travel Agency LLC in the statesthat require registration are: California2097389-50 (Registration as a seller oftravel does not constitute approval byCalifornia. Loyalty Travel Agency LLC isnot a participant in the Travel ConsumerRestitution Fund.); Florida ST38239;Hawaii TAR-6750; Iowa 987; and Stateof Washington 602 868 200.General liabilityYou agree to release FIA Card Services,N.A., and any of its affiliates from allliability, including: Any injury, accident, loss, claim, expenseor damages you or anyone with youexperience when using any Reward(including Experiential Rewardspurchased through the Program). If atall, the sole extent of any liability will notexceed the actual value of the Reward. Any claims, expenses and legal feesarising from or related to any violationof the Program Rules by you or anyoneusing your WorldPoints account. Any typographical errors or omissionsin any Program-related document. The use of any personal or otherinformation you provide to anymerchants in connection withprocessing your Reward. Delayed or lost correspondence sent byUS mail or any other form of delivery,including email. Any error, omission, interruption,deletion, defect, delay, theft, destruction,or unauthorized access to, or alterationof, Points you earn or redeem.Third-party suppliers are independentcontractors; they aren’t employees ofFIA Card Services, N.A., Visa U.S.A., Inc.,MasterCard International Incorporated,or any of their affiliates.We do not endorse or guarantee any of thegoods, services or information provided bythe Program’s third-party suppliers.You agree that to process yourtransactions, the information you providewill be disclosed to merchants and otherparties involved in your transaction.Examples of such information include yourshipping address, credit card number andbilling information.Rewards may constitute taxable incometo you and you are responsible for anytax liability that may arise from redeemingRewards. You may be issued an InternalRevenue Service Form 1099 (or otherappropriate form) that reflects the valueof Rewards. Please consult your taxadvisor, as neither FIA Card Services, N.A.,its affiliates, nor their employees providetax advice.All aspects of the Program are governedby the laws of the State of Delaware.In states that don’t allow the disclaimerof warranties or exclusion of liability, theabove limitations may not apply.For information about our rights andyour responsibilities regarding the onlineportion of the Program, see the Termsof Use at the Site.
