Grants Program PurposePurpose: The purpose of the Annual GrantsProgram is to offer opportunities for professionaldevelopment, to promote the development ofresources for NCTA members, to encourageprofessional support activities, to stimulateresearch pertinent to the field of testing (forpossible submission to the NCTA Journal), and tosupport the formation of state testing organizationsby members of the NCTA.

Exclusions Expenses associated with attending the annualNCTA Conference or any other conference. Creating, developing, marketing, or otherwisesupporting a project intended to compete with anyNCTA corporate member. An event that is not focused on testing professionaldevelopment. Paid staff salaries. Honoraria to NCTA corporate members. Office upgrades including, but not limited to,hardware and software purchases or new furniture.
