This document is to help determinewhich course from a California institution is approved for the School of Nursing prerequisite requirement.It’s important to note that with the constant update and change within the community colleges and universities, the School ofNursing will do its best to update this document every year. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that the course stillmeets our requirements by reviewing the course description in the institution’s catalog.If a course is not included in the list below for Microbiology, and you believe that the course meets the School of Nursingprerequisite requirement, please email nursing@fullerton.edu with a course description and a syllabus for a detailed review.Please note that an official review will only be made if a syllabus is included.All prospective applicants are required to earn a B- or higher in all science prerequisites. The School of Nursing will permitonly one (1) repeat for the science prerequisite where the higher grade will be considered.
