Such products include Client ManagementSuite and Server Management Suite. The ServiceDesk solution software is installedusing the standard Symantec Management Platform mechanisms.ServiceDesk includes all the primary ITIL Service Management processes.Processes in ServiceDesk include Incident Management, Problem Management,Change Management, and a Knowledge Management system. ServiceDesk alsoincludes a Service Catalog. After you install ServiceDesk, it is ready to use. However, you might choose tocustomize some aspects of ServiceDesk to meet your organization’s specificrequirements.
