BONO DE 100 DÓLARES SIN DEPÓSITOA. Introducción1.TTCM Traders Capital Limited (en adelante denominada ""Compañía"", "Traders Trust") unaCompañía de responsabilidad limitada, constituida en Bermuda bajo el artículo 14 y 6/132C (1) dela Ley de Compañías de 1981 e inscrita en el Registro de Compañías bajo el número de Compañía54135, con domicilio social en 5th Floor, Andrew's Place, 51 Church Street, Hamilton HM 12,Bermuda.2.Los Términos y Condiciones del Bono de 100 sin depósito" (en adelante "Bono","Promoción") es parte integral del "Acuerdo de Cliente de TTCM - Términos y Condiciones deNegocio" y las disposiciones establecidas en este documento se consideran como un anexo de todoel "Acuerdo de Cliente de TTCM - Términos y Condiciones de Negocio".B. En estas circunstancias, TTCM se reserva el derecho, a su razonablediscreción, de cerrar/suspender (temporal o permanentemente) todas las Cuentas de trading reales dedicho Cliente Elegible con TTCM, cancelar todas las órdenes y anular todos los beneficios de dichoparticipante. En estas circunstancias, TTCM no será responsable de las consecuencias de la cancelaciónde los bonos de negociación, incluyendo, pero sin limitarse a, el cierre de la(s) orden(es) por Stop Out.19.La participación en el Bono constituye la aceptación de estos Términos y Condiciones y de losTérminos y Políticas Comerciales establecidos en el sitio web de TTCM.C. Para los clientes existentes que nunca depositaron, se requiere el registro de unanueva cuenta bajo un correo electrónico diferente.4.La bonificación sólo puede reclamarse una vez por cliente y por dirección IP única.5. El Bono se acredita en una cuenta de la Promoción durante un periodo de 90 díasnaturales.6. El cliente no puede realizar ningún depósito adicional en la cuenta de trading del Bono SinDepósito.7. "8. Para reclamar la ganancia generada por la bonificación sin depósito, el cliente debe estarcompletamente verificado. Una vez finalizado el periodo de 90 días, se eliminará el crédito del Bono y cualquier ganancia,y se cerrarán todas las posiciones abiertas.10. El volumen máximo por orden es de 0,1 lotes.11. The “ 100 No Deposit Bonus” (hereinafter “Bonus”, “Promotion) Terms and Conditions is an integralpart of the “TTCM Client Agreement – Terms & Conditions of Business” and provisions set herein areconsidered as an annex of all “TTCM Client Agreement – Terms & Conditions of Business”.B. General Terms1. Subject to, and without prejudice to, all other Business Terms and Policies, the offer is available toTTCM Clients who have satisfied the Eligibility Criteria for the offer (“Eligible Clients”) as set out in thesections following hereinafter.2. definition, the term “control” (including, with correlative meaning, the terms “controlled by“ and“under common control with”), as used with respect to any participant in the Promotion shall meanthe possession, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, of the power to direct orcause the direction of management policies of such person or entity, whether through ownership ofvoting securities or otherwise.6. Similarly, persons associated in any manner whatsoever with TTCM and/or with the specificwebsites and/or social network sites on which TTCM may be running from time-to-time specificpromotions, contests and/or surveys, in the context of which access to the Bonus is offered, are notallowed to participate in the offer.7. No partner’s commissions are paid for trading on bonus funds when no additional client deposit isprocessed.8. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before the Bonus is added to the account of an EligibleClient who meets all the criteria set forth herein.9. No deposits or internal transfers are allowed into the No Deposit Bonus account, or between Client’sother accounts with TTCM. Withdrawals are only permitted if the above-mentioned eligibility criterionhave been met.10. Any withdrawal of funds from an Eligible Client’s Bonus account with TTCM will immediately nullifyall previously awarded trading bonuses and will cause all previously awarded trading bonuses to bewithdrawn from the respective account with TTCM.11. TTCM reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion:-to decline registration of any participant in the Bonus; and-disqualify any participant in the Bonus who tampers or attempts to tamper with the operation ofthe Bonus or breaches these terms and/or any of the TTCM Client Agreement – Terms & Conditionsof Business set forth on TTCM’s website.-to change the terms and conditions of the promotion.-to refuse issuing a bonus for a client with no reasons given or without prior notification,upon suspecting fraudulent activity on the Bonus account, the company reserves the right to deductthe entire bonus amount and profit made with the Bonus account without notice. In this case, thedecision is beyond contestation.12. The Bonus terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Bermuda.Any dispute or situation not covered by these terms will be resolved by TTCM in the manner it deemsto be the fairest to all concerned. That decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants. Nocorrespondence will be entered into.13. 14. Under no circumstances shall TTCM be liable for any consequences of any trading bonuscancelation or decline, including, but not limited to, order(s) closure by Stop Out.15. Clients may opt-out from the Bonus whenever they wish. Please send your request at thefollowing email address: support.int@ttcm.com and the relevant department will process yourrequest and inform you accordingly.16. All claims should include the participant’s name and email address, account number and athorough description of the problem and send to support.int@ttcm.com17. TTCM reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the Bonus or any aspect of it at any time,at its sole discretion. It is recommended that participants in the Bonus consult the Terms &Conditions and relevant bonus notices on the TTCM’s website regularly. Please note that taking partin the Bonus constitutes acceptance and agreement to abide by any such alterations, amendmentsand/or changes.18. Any indication or suspicion, in the Company’s reasonable discretion, of any form of arbitrage(including but not limited to risk free profiting), abuse (including but not limited to participant'strading activity patterns that indicate that the participant solely aims to benefit financially from thetrading bonus without being genuinely interested in trading in the markets and/or taking marketrisk), fraud,manipulation, cash-back arbitrage connected to a trading bonus or any other forms ofdeceitful or fraudulent activity, will nullify all previously credited trading bonus of the EligibleClient’s real tradingAccounts with TTCM and/or any and all transactions carried and/or profits orlosses garnered therein. In these circumstances, TTCM reserves the right, at its reasonable discretionto close/suspend (eithertemporarily or permanently) all such Eligible Client’s real trading Account(s)with TTCM, cancel all orders and annul all profits of such participant. In these circumstances, TTCMshall not be liable for any consequences of the trading bonus cancelation, including, but not limitedto, order(s) closure by Stop Out.19. Taking part in the Bonus constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and of the BusinessTerms and Policies set forth on TTCM’s website.C. Eligibility CriteriaEligible Clients, who meet the criteria set forth herein can receive a No Deposit Bonus:1. TTCM 100 No Deposit Bonus credits begins on 21/07/2022 and will run until 30/09/2022.2. To receive the No Deposit Bonus clients must register a new trading account with TTCM on thededicated No Deposit Bonus webpage.3. 4. The Bonus can be claimed only once per client and per unique IP address.5. The Bonus is credited to a Promotion account for a period of 90 calendar days.6. The client cannot make any additional deposits to the No Deposit Bonus trading account.7. Only profits made in the Promotion account (limited to a maximum of 100 USD) can be withdrawn,provided that the trading volume in the Promotion account reaches at least 10 standard lots within90 calendar days. The number of realized lots traded can be verified by logging into the account underthe “Account History” tab or by logging into the Members Area. The credited bonus cannot bewithdrawn.8. To claim the profit generated from the No Deposit Bonus, the client must be fully verified. An emailrequest must be sent by the client to support.int@ttcm.com within 90 days.9. After the 90-day period is over, the Bonus credit and any profit will be removed, and all openpositions will be closed.10. The Maximum volume per order is 0.1 lot.11. The leverage on the account is set at 1:100.12. The maximum number of positions opened at the same time is 5.13. Only orders starting with 10 pips difference between opening and closing prices meet theconditions.Example: If you sell EURUSD at the price of 1.13802 and close the deal at 1.13502, the differencebetween the opening and the closing prices is 0.00300 30 pips.14.
