Transportation for All of UsThe local coordinating boards (LCB) operatingin Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas Countiesguide and coordinate transportation serviceswith the goal of improving quality of life forthose who are transportation disadvantaged,including the following: children of high risk the elderly those who have a physical ormental disabilities the economically disadvantagedIn addition, the Americans with Disabilities Act(ADA), passed in 1990, has greatly increasedtransportation options for people withdisabilities.
