LLCC OFFERS:TRANSFER DEGREESAssociate in Arts and Associate inScience degrees are designed fortransfer as the frst two years of abaccalaureate/bachelor’s degree.CAREER AND TECHNICAL DEGREESAssociate in Applied Science degreesare designed to lead directly totechnical and career employment afterprogram completion. Courses mayalso transfer.CAREER AND TECHNICALCERTIFICATESCertifcates of Achievement (30 ormore credit hours) and Certifcates ofCompletion (less than 30 credit hours)are designed to lead to employmentor additional career training afterprogram completion.SHORT-TERM CAREER TRAININGShort-term career training programsare offered at LLCC’s Capital CityTraining Center, 130 W. Mason inSpringfeld. Costs are not tuitionbased and are specifc to eachprogram. Also, one and two-daytraining classes (OSHA, Forklift,CPR, Solar) are offered in the LLCCWorkforce Careers Center.ONLINE DEGREES AND CERTIFICATESLLCC online degrees and certifcatesare offered through a combinationof online courses with some hybridrequirements (such as public speakingand lab sciences).
