Course content includes property claims fundamentals(including the claims process), policy analysis, property loss investigation, constructiontechniques, damage assessment, Xactimate estimating, personal property claims, timeelement and industry standards, and specific client claim handling. Participants aregiven the opportunity to apply what they learn to case studies involving actual fieldproperty loss adjusting.
